【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)教育產(chǎn)業(yè)化和大眾化的發(fā)展，，大學(xué)的高等教育的群體從對(duì)社會(huì)精英分子的培養(yǎng)轉(zhuǎn)化為對(duì)廣大社會(huì)群體的素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)。作為其重要組成部分的高校法治教育，也由以往法治知識(shí)傳授和法規(guī)范教育向法律素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)轉(zhuǎn)變。然而，在我國(guó)高校法制教育的實(shí)踐中，對(duì)于大學(xué)生法治精神培育這一方面并沒(méi)有得到廣泛的關(guān)注。大學(xué)生法治精神的培育已成為大學(xué)素質(zhì)教育的重要組成部分，然而對(duì)大學(xué)生法治精神的培育無(wú)論在理論或是實(shí)踐上都顯得十分不足，現(xiàn)在主要還是依靠在課堂教學(xué)形式和粗略的對(duì)法律基礎(chǔ)的了解上，這些顯然對(duì)于大學(xué)生法治精神的培育是很不夠的，它僅僅涵蓋了大學(xué)生法治精神的某個(gè)方面。建立社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家，大學(xué)生對(duì)于法律知識(shí)的掌握、認(rèn)可直接影響到大學(xué)生法治精神的培育，培育是很必要的。 本文從法治精神的概念入手，對(duì)增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生法治精神培育的重要性進(jìn)行了較為完整的闡述，通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷梳理出大學(xué)生法治精神培育存在的問(wèn)題和影響因素并進(jìn)行了分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上，探索指出了大學(xué)生培育法治精神培育的主要途徑，即以課堂教學(xué)為主渠道從整體上激發(fā)大學(xué)生自我培育意識(shí)；開(kāi)展以法制宣傳為主題的校園文化活動(dòng)；開(kāi)展法律實(shí)踐活動(dòng)創(chuàng)造法律行為體驗(yàn)機(jī)會(huì)；加強(qiáng)校園法治文明建設(shè)營(yíng)造良好的校園培育環(huán)境；構(gòu)建多方合力互動(dòng)的大學(xué)生法治精神培育的社會(huì)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization and popularization of education in China, the group of higher education in universities has changed from the cultivation of social elites to the cultivation of the quality of the vast social groups. The rule of law education in colleges and universities, as an important part of it, has also changed from the knowledge of rule of law and the education of legal norms to the cultivation of legal quality. However, in the practice of legal education in colleges and universities in China, the cultivation of the spirit of the rule of law of college students has not been widely concerned. The cultivation of the spirit of ruling by law of college students has become an important part of the quality education of university. However, the cultivation of the spirit of ruling by law of college students is very insufficient in both theory and practice. At present, mainly depends on the classroom teaching form and rough understanding of the legal basis, these obviously are not enough for the cultivation of the spirit of the rule of law of college students, it only covers a certain aspect of the spirit of the rule of law of college students. In order to establish a socialist country ruled by law, it is necessary for college students to master the legal knowledge and to recognize the cultivation of the spirit of the rule of law. This paper starts with the concept of the spirit of rule by law, and expounds the importance of strengthening the cultivation of the spirit of rule of law for college students. The problems and influencing factors of cultivating the spirit of ruling by law of college students are analyzed by questionnaire. On this basis, this paper explores and points out the main ways for college students to cultivate the spirit of the rule of law, that is, to take classroom teaching as the main channel to stimulate the self-cultivation consciousness of college students as a whole, and to carry out campus cultural activities with the theme of legal publicity. To develop legal practice activities to create opportunities for legal behavior experience; to strengthen the construction of the campus legal civilization to create a good campus cultivation environment; to build a social environment for the cultivation of the spirit of the rule of law of college students.
