【摘要】：社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育實(shí)效性是指在社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育過(guò)程中,社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的實(shí)際運(yùn)作對(duì)榮辱觀教育目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)程度,它是社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育功能屬性的發(fā)揮,也反映出社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育活動(dòng)的科學(xué)性和有效性。 大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的實(shí)效性,說(shuō)的是實(shí)事求是,講求效果,一分耕耘一分收獲。它不僅指向大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的內(nèi)在效果,即社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育能夠順利地轉(zhuǎn)化為大學(xué)生的政治思想道德素質(zhì),并進(jìn)而促進(jìn)社會(huì)的物質(zhì)文明、精神文明和政治文明的建設(shè)；還要求大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育本身也要講效益,講“投入產(chǎn)出”,爭(zhēng)取事半功倍,防止事倍功半,避免徒勞無(wú)功,務(wù)求實(shí)際效果。 當(dāng)前,大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的實(shí)效性還存在不足,表現(xiàn)在部分大學(xué)生政治認(rèn)識(shí)表面化、價(jià)值取向自我化和功利化、誠(chéng)信意識(shí)淡薄以及艱苦奮斗精神淡化。究其原因,主要是在大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育中,沒有正確處理好教育的主導(dǎo)、主體問(wèn)題,教育的結(jié)構(gòu)匹配問(wèn)題,教育過(guò)程展開的充分性及可持續(xù)性問(wèn)題,教育合力構(gòu)成問(wèn)題以及教育生態(tài)契合問(wèn)題。而增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育實(shí)效性的路徑包括建立健全大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的工作機(jī)制,建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育隊(duì)伍,突出恥感教育,改進(jìn)教育的方式方法,創(chuàng)新教育載體以及優(yōu)化教育環(huán)境等方面。 大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的實(shí)效性關(guān)系著大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才與和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建,對(duì)其研究意義深遠(yuǎn)。增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的實(shí)效性是一個(gè)包括教育主體、教育受體、教育介體和教育環(huán)體等要素在內(nèi)的系統(tǒng)工程。文獻(xiàn)研究法、系統(tǒng)分析法和調(diào)查研究法是理想的研究方法。
