【摘要】：自古以來(lái)，教師既是人類文明的傳承者，又是專業(yè)知識(shí)的傳播者。俗話說(shuō)“打鐵還需自身硬”也就是說(shuō)教師要能夠勝任本職工作，就需要努力提高專業(yè)能力。在教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中，，教學(xué)能力至關(guān)重要。高校教師教學(xué)能力的高低，直接影響到專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。 本文在對(duì)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展研究的基礎(chǔ)上，將知識(shí)管理思想和方法融入到教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中，設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了高校教師知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)，詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能模塊和數(shù)據(jù)表設(shè)計(jì)，闡述了每個(gè)功能的使用效果。 通過(guò)大量觀察教師教學(xué)行為，梳理其能力提升途徑，收集、整理、加工和提煉教師的各類知識(shí)，采用多層級(jí)分類的方法構(gòu)建了教師知識(shí)庫(kù)，為系統(tǒng)用戶提供知識(shí)服務(wù)和知識(shí)管理平臺(tái)，讓教師利用知識(shí)庫(kù)進(jìn)行自主學(xué)習(xí)。提出了教師知識(shí)顯、隱性知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化機(jī)制，實(shí)現(xiàn)了隱性知識(shí)的挖掘與共享，有效地促進(jìn)了顯、隱性之間的轉(zhuǎn)化。 在系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用過(guò)程中，普通用戶可以借助系統(tǒng)自服務(wù)模塊學(xué)習(xí)，獲得問(wèn)題解決的措施和方法。此外，注冊(cè)教師還可以上傳自己的知識(shí)內(nèi)容，形成教師個(gè)人知識(shí)庫(kù)并可對(duì)其進(jìn)行管理。知識(shí)檢索、知識(shí)推薦等功能幫助教師更快地獲取所需知識(shí)，提高了工作效率。用戶也可通過(guò)首頁(yè)導(dǎo)航分類學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)，也可以通過(guò)師資隊(duì)伍模塊詳細(xì)了解某一教師的全部信息。交流互動(dòng)功能為系統(tǒng)用戶之間提供了交流的平臺(tái)，有助于用戶更好的使用本系統(tǒng)。管理員登陸后臺(tái)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行整體管理，確保系統(tǒng)安全、穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行。 本系統(tǒng)的建立，為高校教師提供了適應(yīng)其能力發(fā)展的信息資源和知識(shí)服務(wù)，降低了教師培訓(xùn)成本，有助于改善教師工作績(jī)效。本系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用提高了教師的教學(xué)能力，為高校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提供了技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, teachers are not only the inheritors of human civilization, but also the disseminators of professional knowledge. As the saying goes, "it takes a good blacksmith to make good steel." In teacher professional development, teaching ability is very important. The teaching ability of teachers in colleges and universities directly affects the training quality of professional talents. Based on the research of teachers' professional development, this paper integrates knowledge management ideas and methods into the teachers' professional development, designs and develops the university teachers' knowledge management system, and introduces in detail the design of each function module and data table of the system. The application effect of each function is expounded. Through observing teachers' teaching behavior, combing the ways to improve their ability, collecting, arranging, processing and refining teachers' various kinds of knowledge, the teachers' knowledge base is constructed by using the method of multi-level classification. Provide knowledge service and knowledge management platform for system users, let teachers use knowledge base for autonomous learning. This paper puts forward the mechanism of teachers' knowledge display and tacit knowledge transformation, realizes the mining and sharing of tacit knowledge, and effectively promotes the transformation between explicit and tacit knowledge. In the application process of the system, ordinary users can learn from the system self-service module and obtain the measures and methods to solve the problem. In addition, registered teachers can upload their own knowledge content, form teachers' personal knowledge base and manage it. The functions of knowledge retrieval and knowledge recommendation help teachers acquire the required knowledge more quickly and improve their working efficiency. Users can also use the home navigation classification to learn knowledge, or through the teacher team module to understand the full information of a teacher. The interactive function provides the platform for the communication between the system users and helps the users to use the system better. The administrator logs into the background to manage the system as a whole to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system. The establishment of this system provides university teachers with information resources and knowledge services adapted to their ability development, reduces the cost of teacher training, and helps to improve teachers' performance. The application of this system improves the teaching ability of teachers and provides technical guarantee for the construction of university teachers.
