【摘要】：全f=1制體育碩士自2009年以來,招生規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,人數(shù)急劇增加,但是針對(duì)其就業(yè)方面的研究幾乎空白,高校相應(yīng)的培養(yǎng)機(jī)制還不夠健全,社會(huì)上對(duì)全f{制體育碩士研究生的認(rèn)識(shí)還有一定的差異,同時(shí)其就業(yè)方面也缺少國(guó)家政策的有力支持。本文采用問卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析和歸納法對(duì)全日制體育碩士研究生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和影響因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查、分析、研究、歸納,為促進(jìn)全日制體育碩士研究生就業(yè)和完善培養(yǎng)單位的培養(yǎng)模式提供一些理論依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明：全日制體育碩士研究生的招生規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,學(xué)校等以往的主要吸收部門也趨于飽和,就業(yè)難度不斷加大；就業(yè)主要流向一些中小學(xué)；社會(huì)上對(duì)全日制體育碩士的認(rèn)識(shí)不足,影響了全日制體育碩士研究生就業(yè)；培養(yǎng)基本都是兩年制的,這樣就縮短了培養(yǎng)的年限,使全日制體育碩士研究生能夠盡早的進(jìn)入社會(huì)去找工作,對(duì)于如今就業(yè)壓力與日俱增的社會(huì)就業(yè)環(huán)境狀況,是比較有利的。但培養(yǎng)時(shí)間的縮短卻造成用在科研上的時(shí)間大大減少,不利于科研水平的提高；培養(yǎng)單位各項(xiàng)技能課的開展豐富了全日制體育碩士的專項(xiàng)技能,從而增加了就業(yè)的寬度；還沒有建成相應(yīng)完善的就業(yè)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Since 2009, the enrollment scale has been expanding and the number of students has increased sharply. However, the research on employment is almost blank, and the corresponding training mechanism in colleges and universities is not perfect enough. At the same time, there are still some differences in the understanding of the whole f {system master of physical education graduate students, at the same time, there is a lack of national policy support in employment. In this paper, questionnaire, literature, interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and induction are used to investigate the employment status and influencing factors of full-time postgraduates of physical education. It provides some theoretical basis for promoting the employment of the full-time postgraduates of physical education and perfecting the training mode of the training units. The results show that the enrollment scale of full-time physical education graduate students is expanding, the main absorption departments such as schools tend to be saturated, the difficulty of employment is increasing, the employment mainly flows to some primary and secondary schools. The lack of understanding of full-time physical education master has affected the employment of full-time sports master students. The cultivation is basically two years system, thus shortens the training years, enables the full-time sports master graduate student to enter the society as soon as possible to look for the job, is advantageous to the present employment pressure day by day social employment environment condition. However, the shortening of training time leads to a great reduction in the time spent on scientific research, which is not conducive to the improvement of scientific research level, and the development of various skills courses in training units enriches the special skills of full-time masters of physical education, thus increasing the width of employment. Has not built the corresponding perfect employment system.
