【摘要】：科技創(chuàng)新方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,既是經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的客觀要求,也是高�？蒲兴奖３殖掷m(xù)發(fā)展的需要,更是發(fā)展現(xiàn)代研究型大學的內(nèi)在規(guī)律和發(fā)展趨勢。高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新團隊可以實現(xiàn)高校中多學科之間的交叉研究,不但為需要綜合知識的現(xiàn)代化創(chuàng)新提供了平臺,也為我國培養(yǎng)了多學科綜合性科技創(chuàng)新人才,從而能夠為我國科技創(chuàng)新體系起到巨大的促進作用。我們應(yīng)加強對我國高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新團隊建設(shè)理論的研究,分析高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新團隊中成員個體和群體的不同合作模式,以及高校科技創(chuàng)新團隊如何進行選擇適合自身發(fā)展合作模式的方法研究,從而達到探索科技前沿方向、培養(yǎng)復合型創(chuàng)新人才、推動我國建設(shè)高水平大學的目的。 本文主要圍繞如何構(gòu)建我國高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新團隊合作模式選擇開展了研究,全文共分為六個部分。第一部分為緒論,提出了本文的研究背景與意義,接著對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)高校科技創(chuàng)新團隊及其合作模式研究的文獻進行了綜述,并由此提出了本研究的主要內(nèi)容及研究方法。第二部分為高校科技創(chuàng)新團隊概念界定及其基本理論研究,在研究了創(chuàng)新和團隊的內(nèi)涵基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)闡述了高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新團隊的內(nèi)涵、特征以及形成動因。第三部分為主要介紹了高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新團隊幾種合作模式,以及合作模式的特征及進行合作模式選擇的必要性。第四部分為合作模式選擇方法的構(gòu)建,首先詳細介紹了本文所采用的多屬性模糊決策的DS/AHP方法及其決策過程,接著構(gòu)建了高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新團隊合作模式選擇的評價指標體系并對指標進行了規(guī)范化處理,最后構(gòu)建出我國高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新團隊合作模式選擇方法。第五部分主要通過上一章所提出的選擇方法,結(jié)合一個實際的案例進行了方法運用,最終選擇出了最優(yōu)的合作模式。第六部對本文的研究成果進行了陳述,并總結(jié)除了研究中存在的一些缺陷和不足,并對我國高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新團隊未來的理論研究提出了展望。
[Abstract]:The transformation of scientific and technological innovation mode is not only the objective requirement of economic and social development, but also the need of maintaining the sustainable development of scientific research level in colleges and universities, as well as the inherent law and development trend of developing modern research universities. The team of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities can realize the cross-research among different subjects in colleges and universities, which not only provides a platform for modern innovation that needs comprehensive knowledge, but also trains talents for multi-disciplinary and comprehensive scientific and technological innovation in our country. Thus, it can play a great role in promoting the innovation system of science and technology in our country. We should strengthen the research on the theory of the construction of scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities, and analyze the different cooperation modes of members and groups in the scientific and technological innovation team of colleges and universities. And how the scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities choose the appropriate mode of development and cooperation in order to explore the forward direction of science and technology, train the compound innovative talents, and promote the construction of high-level universities in China. This paper mainly focuses on how to construct the cooperative mode of scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities in our country. The whole paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which puts forward the research background and significance of this paper, and then summarizes the literature of the research on the scientific and technological innovation team and its cooperation mode at home and abroad, and puts forward the main contents and research methods of this research. The second part is the definition of scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities and its basic theoretical research. On the basis of studying the connotation of innovation and team, the connotation, characteristics and formation motivation of scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities are expounded systematically. The third part mainly introduces several cooperation modes of scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities, as well as the characteristics of cooperation mode and the necessity of choosing cooperation mode. The fourth part is the construction of cooperative mode selection method. Firstly, the DS/AHP method of multi-attribute fuzzy decision and its decision-making process are introduced in detail. Then the evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation team cooperation mode selection in colleges and universities is constructed and standardized treatment is made. Finally, the selection method of scientific and technological innovation team cooperation mode in colleges and universities in China is constructed. The fifth part mainly through the choice method proposed in the previous chapter, combined with a practical case for the application of the method, and finally selected the best cooperation model. In the sixth part, the research results of this paper are stated, and some defects and deficiencies in the research are summarized, and the prospect of the future theoretical research of the scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities in China is put forward.
