【摘要】：以常熟理工學(xué)院為例,闡述了以創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)計(jì)劃為抓手,聯(lián)動(dòng)校內(nèi)外資源,拓寬項(xiàng)目開(kāi)端、鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新學(xué)分與課程替換,基于創(chuàng)新的創(chuàng)業(yè),暢通項(xiàng)目終端及建立創(chuàng)新教育"師生一體化"網(wǎng)格化管理模式,實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教育的主要做法,并在分析資源缺乏、出口狹窄等問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,探索構(gòu)建全面的、開(kāi)放的、實(shí)踐的與課堂教學(xué)互為融通和支撐的校本創(chuàng)新教育體系,為新建本科院校培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新人才提供有益的參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:Taking Changshu Polytechnic Institute as an example, this paper expounds the innovative experimental plan as the starting point, linking the internal and external resources of the school, widening the beginning of the project, encouraging the innovation credit and curriculum replacement, and starting a business based on innovation. Unblocking the project terminal and establishing the "teacher-student integration" grid management mode of innovative education, implementing the main methods of innovative education, and on the basis of analyzing the problems of lack of resources and narrow export, it explores the construction of comprehensive and open, and so on. The system of school-based innovation education, which is mutually integrated and supported by practice and classroom teaching, provides a useful reference and reference for the cultivation of practical creative talents in newly-built undergraduate colleges.
