國內(nèi)地方高校畢業(yè)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職有效性影響因素研究

【摘要】:地方高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題是一個重要的社會問題,也是學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職是高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的一種重要途徑,關(guān)注地方高校畢業(yè)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職狀態(tài)顯得非常有意義。鑒于此,本文在文獻(xiàn)整理、訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)變量層面、畢業(yè)生求職者本身層面、企業(yè)招聘方層面及招聘網(wǎng)站層面提出了影響地方高校畢業(yè)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職有效性的15種因素,并由這四個層次提出了4個研究假設(shè)。通過372份有效問卷的統(tǒng)計分析,得到研究結(jié)論如下:(1)人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)變量層面中的性別對網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職有效性沒有顯著性差異;碩士研究生和本科生對網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職有效性沒有顯著性差異,大專生與本科生、碩士生均存在顯著性差異;有無實習(xí)經(jīng)歷對于網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職有效性存在顯著性差異;理科與工科、文科高校畢業(yè)生在網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職有效性方面均沒有顯著差異,但是工科高校畢業(yè)生和文科高校畢業(yè)生在求職有效性方面存在顯著差異。(2)畢業(yè)生求職者層面中的簡歷制作、求職頻率、求職廣度及面試筆試準(zhǔn)備對網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職有效性具有顯著正相關(guān),其中簡歷制作最為顯著,其次是求職頻率、求職廣度、面試(筆試)準(zhǔn)備。(3)企業(yè)招聘方層面中的職位分析、招聘人員勝任力、招聘網(wǎng)站的選擇及招聘廣告的制作與宣傳對網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職有效性存在顯著正相關(guān),其中招聘人員的勝任力和招聘廣告的制作與宣傳最為顯著,其次是招聘網(wǎng)站的選擇、職位分析。(4)招聘網(wǎng)站層面中的信息內(nèi)容質(zhì)量、招聘網(wǎng)站質(zhì)量及服務(wù)質(zhì)量對網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職有效性存在顯著正相關(guān),其中網(wǎng)站質(zhì)量影響最為顯著,其次是服務(wù)質(zhì)量和信息內(nèi)容質(zhì)量。在研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了相關(guān)政策建議,從而為地方高校畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職提供一些有益的參考。
[Abstract]:The employment of local college graduates is an important social issue and also the focus of academic attention. Network job-hunting is an important way for college graduates to obtain employment. It is very meaningful to pay attention to the status of local college graduates seeking job online. In view of this, this paper, on the basis of literature review and interviews, respectively from the level of demographic variables, graduate job seekers themselves, At the level of enterprise recruiter and recruitment website, this paper puts forward 15 factors that affect the effectiveness of local college graduates' online job search, and puts forward four research hypotheses from these four levels. Based on the statistical analysis of 372 valid questionnaires, the conclusions are as follows: (1) there is no significant difference in the effectiveness of online job search between the sexes in the demographics variable level; There was no significant difference between postgraduates and undergraduates in the effectiveness of online job search, but there were significant differences between college students, undergraduates and master students, and there were significant differences in the effectiveness of online job search with or without internship experience. There is no significant difference in the effectiveness of online job search between college graduates of science and engineering and liberal arts. However, there is a significant difference between the graduates of engineering and liberal arts in the effectiveness of job search. (2) the resume production, job search frequency, Job breadth and written interview preparation have significant positive correlation to the effectiveness of online job search, among which resume production is the most significant, followed by job search frequency, job breadth, interview (written test) preparation. (3) Job analysis at the level of enterprise recruiter. The competence of recruiters, the selection of recruitment websites and the making and advertising of recruitment advertisements are positively related to the effectiveness of online job search, among which the competence of recruiters and the production and promotion of recruitment advertisements are the most significant. Secondly, the selection of recruitment website, position analysis. (4) the quality of information content, the quality of recruitment website and the quality of service have significant positive correlation with the effectiveness of online job search, among which the quality of the website has the most significant impact. The second is service quality and information content quality. On the basis of the research results, this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions, thus providing some useful references for local college graduates to apply for jobs online.
