【摘要】：公民政治參與度的高低是衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家政治文明程度的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),是實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義民主的重要途徑。作為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)民主制度存在的基礎(chǔ),政治參與已成為中國(guó)政治發(fā)展所面臨的一個(gè)重大問(wèn)題。而“90后”大學(xué)生作為社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中一股新興的推動(dòng)力,是構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的主要力量,其政治參與必然有助于推動(dòng)我國(guó)政治民主化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程�！�90后”大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)在我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放的大環(huán)境中,感受到了社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)所帶來(lái)的優(yōu)越與活力,同時(shí)信息的高速暢通發(fā)展也使其聆聽(tīng)到了來(lái)自世界各地的不同聲音,加之在全球化的背景下,使得他們更加深切地體會(huì)到了東西文化的交流碰撞。作為成長(zhǎng)在這個(gè)特定時(shí)代背景下的一個(gè)群體,他們總體上呈現(xiàn)出思想前衛(wèi)、觀念新潮、個(gè)性張揚(yáng)、行為沖動(dòng)、目標(biāo)明確、意識(shí)客觀等特點(diǎn)。增強(qiáng)“90后”大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)有利于提升和增強(qiáng)“90后”大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感,有利于加強(qiáng)和完善社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè),有利于推進(jìn)和延續(xù)社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè),有利于鞏固和維護(hù)高校及社會(huì)的安全穩(wěn)定。由于主觀、家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)、文化等多種因素的影響,“90后”大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)存在著附庸化現(xiàn)象、功利化傾向、冷漠化趨勢(shì)、無(wú)序化發(fā)展及矛盾化狀態(tài)等新特點(diǎn)。面對(duì)“90后”大學(xué)生政治參與意識(shí)存在的問(wèn)題,必須堅(jiān)持理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合、教育與自我教育相結(jié)合、教育與管理相結(jié)合、解決思想問(wèn)題與解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題相結(jié)合的原則。循著提高自身政治素養(yǎng),培養(yǎng)政治主體意識(shí)；重視家庭教育影響,灌輸正確政治意識(shí)；完善學(xué)校教育體制,暢通政治參與渠道；構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)環(huán)境,營(yíng)造良好政治氣氛；改善大眾傳媒機(jī)制,提供健康政治信息五大途徑,正確引導(dǎo)和加強(qiáng)對(duì)“90后”大學(xué)生的政治參與意識(shí)的培養(yǎng),以培養(yǎng)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人。
[Abstract]:The level of citizen's political participation is an important standard to measure a country's political civilization and an important way to realize socialist democracy in our country. As the foundation of democratic system in modern society, political participation has become a major problem in China's political development. As a new driving force in the process of social development, post-90s college students are the main force in building an innovative country. Their political participation will certainly help to promote the development of political democratization in our country. The post-90s college students have grown up in the great environment of our country's reform and opening up, and have felt the superiority and vitality brought by the socialist market economy. At the same time, the rapid development of information also makes them listen to different voices from all over the world. In addition, under the background of globalization, they have a deeper understanding of the collision of East and West cultures. As a group growing up under the background of this particular era, they have the characteristics of thought avant-garde, new idea, personality publicity, behavior impulse, clear goal, objective consciousness and so on. Strengthening the consciousness of political participation of post-90s college students is conducive to promoting and strengthening the sense of social responsibility of post-90s college students, strengthening and perfecting the construction of socialist core value system, and promoting and continuing the construction of socialist democratic politics. It helps to consolidate and maintain the security and stability of colleges and universities and society. Because of the influence of subjective, family, school, society, culture and other factors, the political participation consciousness of "post-90s" college students has some new characteristics, such as subservience, utilitarianism, apathy, disorderly development and contradictory state. In the face of the problems existing in the consciousness of political participation of post-90s college students, we must adhere to the principle of combining theory with practice, combining education with self-education, combining education with management, solving ideological problems and solving practical problems. To improve their own political literacy, cultivate the consciousness of political subject, attach importance to family education, inculcate the correct political consciousness, improve the school education system, unblock the channels of political participation, construct a harmonious social environment, and create a good political atmosphere. To improve the mechanism of mass media, provide five ways of healthy political information, correctly guide and strengthen the cultivation of political participation consciousness of post-90s college students, in order to train qualified constructors and reliable successors of socialist cause in our country.
