【摘要】：正目前,我國(guó)工程教育規(guī)模位居世界第一,是工程人才培養(yǎng)大國(guó),卻遠(yuǎn)不是人才培養(yǎng)強(qiáng)國(guó),人才質(zhì)量難以滿足需要。在瑞士洛桑發(fā)布的"世界競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力報(bào)告"中,我國(guó)"合格的工程師"的數(shù)量和總體質(zhì)量在參加排名的55個(gè)國(guó)家中僅列位第48。合格工程科技人才的短缺已經(jīng)不能滿足我國(guó)走"工業(yè)化道路"和建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的需要。因此,提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型的工程科技人才是高等工程教育的首要任務(wù)。按照高等工程教育的任務(wù)和培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)要求,
[Abstract]:At present, the scale of engineering education in our country ranks first in the world. It is a large country in engineering talent training, but far from being a powerful country in talent training, so the quality of talents is difficult to meet the needs. In the World Competitiveness report published by Lobsang, Switzerland, the number and overall quality of China's "qualified engineers" ranked 48th among the 55 countries participating in the ranking. The shortage of qualified engineering science and technology personnel can not meet the need of our country to take the road of industrialization and to build an innovative country. Therefore, it is the primary task of higher engineering education to improve the quality of talent training and cultivate innovative engineering science and technology talents.
