【摘要】：輔導(dǎo)員主要負(fù)責(zé)一系列諸如學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、生活、心理、就業(yè)等多方面的問(wèn)題,輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)的高低很大程度上影響了大學(xué)生的思想道德建設(shè),這對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員自身素質(zhì)提出了極大的挑戰(zhàn)。如何挑選德才兼?zhèn)涞妮o導(dǎo)員,激勵(lì)他們加強(qiáng)自身素質(zhì)的建設(shè),是進(jìn)一步提高高校輔導(dǎo)員工作科學(xué)化水平面臨的重要課題。 對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員工作的考核評(píng)價(jià)是輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的核心問(wèn)題,可以促進(jìn)輔導(dǎo)員工作的規(guī)范性。就目前各高校實(shí)施其考核評(píng)價(jià)后的反饋結(jié)果來(lái)看,在考核評(píng)價(jià)的構(gòu)建原則、維度選擇、權(quán)重設(shè)置等方面都存在一定的問(wèn)題,而且只考察了輔導(dǎo)員的工作實(shí)效,并沒(méi)有考察輔導(dǎo)員的理論素質(zhì)與業(yè)務(wù)能力,不利于輔導(dǎo)員做好長(zhǎng)期的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,這都導(dǎo)致輔導(dǎo)員考核體系沒(méi)能體現(xiàn)其激勵(lì)作用,在一定程度上不利于輔導(dǎo)員工作的有效開(kāi)展。 本文從高校輔導(dǎo)員考核評(píng)價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),指出高校輔導(dǎo)員工作考核評(píng)價(jià)存在的主要問(wèn)題,以輔導(dǎo)員的基本工作內(nèi)容為評(píng)價(jià)維度,堅(jiān)持公開(kāi)公平公正、導(dǎo)向性、定向與定量相結(jié)合、兼顧過(guò)程和結(jié)果及重視反饋為原則,進(jìn)行指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)、權(quán)重設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算得分。再此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用360度考核法,給出輔導(dǎo)員工作考核評(píng)價(jià)的具體內(nèi)容,由此構(gòu)建出一套科學(xué)合理的高校輔導(dǎo)員工作考核評(píng)價(jià)體系,不光為高校的學(xué)生工作系統(tǒng)對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員的考核評(píng)價(jià)給出依據(jù),也有利于輔導(dǎo)員的自我提升。
[Abstract]:Counselors are mainly responsible for a series of problems, such as students' study, life, psychology, employment and so on. The quality of the counselors' team greatly affects the ideological and moral construction of college students. This has put forward a great challenge to the counselors' own quality. How to select counselors with both morality and ability and encourage them to strengthen their own quality construction is an important subject to further improve the scientific level of college counselors' work. The assessment of counselors' work in colleges and universities is the core problem in the construction of counselors' team, which can promote the standardization of counselors' work. On the basis of the feedback results after the implementation of the assessment in colleges and universities at present, there are some problems in the construction principle, dimension selection, weight setting and so on, and only the actual results of the work of the counselors are investigated. It does not investigate the theoretical quality and professional ability of counselors, which is not conducive to the long-term career planning of counselors, which leads to the failure of the evaluation system of counselors to reflect its incentive role. To a certain extent, it is not conducive to the effective development of the work of counselors. Based on the present situation of the assessment of college counselors, this paper points out the main problems existing in the evaluation of college counselors' work, takes the basic work content of the counselors as the evaluation dimension, and insists on the openness, fairness, and orientation. Combining orientation and quantification, taking process and result into account and paying attention to feedback as the principle, the index design, weight design and score calculation are carried out. On this basis, the concrete contents of the evaluation of counselors' work are given by using the 360-degree assessment method, and a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation system of college counselors' work assessment is constructed. It not only provides the basis for the college student work system to evaluate the counselors, but also helps the counselors to improve themselves.
