【摘要】：“青年馬克思主義者培養(yǎng)工程”是黨和國家賦予高校的一項重要的人才培養(yǎng)工程,旨在通過教育培訓、實踐鍛煉、課題研究、社會調(diào)研等行之有效的方式方法,提高學生骨干的理論學習水平、實踐鍛煉能力、志愿服務思想、對外交流能力和看待問題的思辨力,使他們進一步發(fā)展成為具有堅定的理想信念的青年馬克思主義者。 本文從“青年馬克思主義工程”提出的背景、意義等入手,針對近年來高校青年馬克思主義培養(yǎng)工程培訓體系不健全、培訓形式過于單一、覆蓋面不夠廣泛、培訓效果不明顯,缺乏制度保障、培訓內(nèi)容針對性不強、重理論、輕實踐,培訓實效性不強等五個問題,進行了認真梳理,查找產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因,提出了制定合理的培養(yǎng)方案、優(yōu)化“青馬工程”的培養(yǎng)內(nèi)容、建立完善的培訓機制、提高培訓教師素質(zhì)和水平、構(gòu)建“青馬工程”的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺、將“青馬工程”融入到校園文化活動中等對策。希望能形成統(tǒng)籌學校、家庭、企事業(yè)單位和社會各界力量,有效地幫助青年大學生開闊視野,提高其學習新知識和新技能的能力,為進一步加強高校青年馬克思主義培養(yǎng)工程提供智力支持。
[Abstract]:The "Young Marxist training Project" is an important talent training project given by the Party and the state to colleges and universities. It aims at effective ways and means of education and training, practical training, subject research, social research, etc. To improve the students' theoretical learning level, practical training ability, voluntary service thought, foreign exchange ability and thinking ability of looking at problems, make them further develop into young Marxists with firm ideals and beliefs. This article starts with the background and significance of "Youth Marxism Project", aiming at the imperfect training system of youth Marxism training engineering in colleges and universities in recent years, the training form is too single, the coverage is not wide enough, and the training effect is not obvious. Five problems, such as lack of system guarantee, lack of pertinence of training content, emphasis on theory, light on practice, and lack of actual effect of training, are carefully combed out, the reasons for these problems are found out, and a reasonable training plan is put forward. To optimize the training content of "Green Horse Project", to establish perfect training mechanism, to improve the quality and level of training teachers, to construct the network platform of "Green Horse Project", and to integrate "Green Horse Project" into campus cultural activities and other countermeasures. I hope to form an overall plan for schools, families, enterprises and institutions and all sectors of society to effectively help young college students broaden their horizons and improve their ability to learn new knowledge and skills. To further strengthen the cultivation of youth Marxism in colleges and universities to provide intellectual support.
