【摘要】：本文以高校思想政治教育問(wèn)題作為理論關(guān)切，以高校女大學(xué)生“成長(zhǎng)”問(wèn)題為理論切入，以如何推動(dòng)高校女大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成熟為研究目標(biāo)，全面論述了與男學(xué)生相比女大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)中獨(dú)有的問(wèn)題，并對(duì)女大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)中存在問(wèn)題的原因做了多角度的探討，在此基礎(chǔ)上，嘗試性地提出思想政治教育在推動(dòng)女大學(xué)生“成長(zhǎng)”中的作用。 本文主要分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分，對(duì)女大學(xué)生“成長(zhǎng)”的內(nèi)涵和外延進(jìn)行了理論概述，從馬克思主義哲學(xué)、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等多門(mén)學(xué)科視角下，尋求理論依據(jù)。第二部分，闡述了女大學(xué)生在成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的生理、心理、社會(huì)適應(yīng)度、擇業(yè)就業(yè)等成長(zhǎng)問(wèn)題，并分析其產(chǎn)生的原因。第三部分，，明確了高校思想政治教育工作在女大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中的責(zé)任，詳細(xì)探討了高校思想政治教育工作在幫助女大學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中所發(fā)揮的作用以及實(shí)施路徑。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the theoretical concern, takes the "growth" of female college students as the theoretical point, and takes how to promote the growth and maturity of female college students as the research goal. This paper comprehensively discusses the unique problems in the growth of female college students compared with male students, and probes into the causes of the problems in the growth of female college students from various angles, on the basis of which, This paper tries to put forward the role of ideological and political education in promoting the growth of female college students. This paper is divided into three parts. In the first part, the connotation and extension of "growth" of female college students are summarized, and the theoretical basis is sought from the perspective of Marxist philosophy, pedagogy, psychology, sociology and so on. In the second part, the author expounds the growth problems of female college students in the process of growth, such as physiology, psychology, social adaptability, employment and so on, and analyzes the reasons for their emergence. In the third part, it clarifies the responsibility of ideological and political education in the process of female students' growth, and discusses in detail the role of ideological and political education in helping female students to grow up healthily and the way to implement it.
