普通本科高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力評價體系的構(gòu)建及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:進入新的世紀,人才的流動性和競爭性不斷加劇,社會和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要適應(yīng)性更強的具有創(chuàng)新精神的人才。然而,高校在人才培養(yǎng)上存在著模式化傾向,產(chǎn)生了具有相同或相似模式的學(xué)生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評價模式,這就直接導(dǎo)致高校培養(yǎng)出的學(xué)生缺乏個性和創(chuàng)造力。鑒于此,為了推進教育改革和提高學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力,本文構(gòu)建了普通本科高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力評價指標體系,并以此為基礎(chǔ)建立普通本科高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力評價模型,以促進創(chuàng)新人才的不斷涌現(xiàn)和創(chuàng)新教育的不斷發(fā)展。 本文首先闡述了普通本科高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力評價的相關(guān)理論;然后,通過文獻查找法和問卷調(diào)查法對普通本科高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力評價指標進行收集,利用德爾菲法對初選指標進行反復(fù)篩選,篩選結(jié)果為:以創(chuàng)新學(xué)習能力、創(chuàng)新知識基礎(chǔ)、創(chuàng)新思維能力、創(chuàng)新技能四個指標為一級指標,包含16個二級指標的普通本科高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力評價指標體系,對本科高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力進行考察、評價,并利用改進層次分析法確定各級指標權(quán)重,同時采用問卷調(diào)查法對湖南科技大學(xué)、中南林業(yè)科技大學(xué)和湖南商學(xué)院三所普通本科高校學(xué)生進行隨機抽樣調(diào)查,獲取評價所需的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并采用改進層次分析法和灰色評價法相結(jié)合的綜合評價法對這三所普通本科高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力進行評價,以實現(xiàn)評價指標體系的應(yīng)用;最后,從構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新教學(xué)制度、改革現(xiàn)有培養(yǎng)方式、完善教學(xué)評價體系三個方面提出評價指標體系的實施對策。 當前,關(guān)于學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力評價指標體系的研究已成為我國高校教育評價中的一個重要子課題,是我國高校教學(xué)改革的熱點問題。高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力評價,,一方面有利于大學(xué)生正確的進行自我評判,認識到自己的長處和不足,從而揚長避短,全面發(fā)展;另一方面為高校客觀考察大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力提供依據(jù),掌握大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,總結(jié)教育中存在的問題,有針對性的加以改進,從而提高我國高校畢業(yè)生質(zhì)量,促進高校教育改革。
[Abstract]:In the new century, the mobility and competitiveness of talents are increasing, and social and economic development needs more adaptable and innovative talents. However, there is a pattern tendency in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities, which leads to the lack of personality and creativity of the students cultivated in colleges and universities. In view of this, in order to promote the education reform and improve the students' innovation ability, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the students' innovation ability of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities, and based on this, establishes the evaluation model of the students' innovation ability of the ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. In order to promote the continuous emergence of innovative talents and the continuous development of innovative education. Firstly, this paper expounds the relevant theories of the evaluation of the students' innovation ability in ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. Then, through literature search and questionnaire survey, the evaluation index of innovation ability of college students is collected, and the primary index is screened repeatedly by Delphi method. The results are as follows: innovative learning ability, innovative knowledge base. The four indexes of innovation thinking ability and innovation skill are first-class indexes, including 16 second-level indexes, which are the evaluation index system of the students' innovation ability of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities, and the evaluation of the innovation ability of the students of undergraduate colleges and universities is carried out. Using the improved Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of indexes at all levels, at the same time, a random sampling survey was carried out on the students of Hunan University of Science and Technology, Central South Forestry University of Science and Technology and Hunan Business School. Obtaining the relevant data needed for evaluation and adopting the comprehensive evaluation method which combines the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the grey evaluation method to evaluate the students' innovation ability in these three colleges and universities in order to realize the application of the evaluation index system. Finally, the author puts forward the implementation countermeasures of the evaluation index system from three aspects: constructing innovative teaching system, reforming the existing cultivation mode and perfecting the teaching evaluation system. At present, the research on the evaluation index system of students' innovation ability has become an important sub-topic in the evaluation of higher education in our country, and it is also a hot issue in the teaching reform of our country's colleges and universities. On the one hand, the evaluation of college students' innovation ability is conducive to the correct self-evaluation of college students, to realize their own strengths and weaknesses, so as to promote their strengths and circumvent their weaknesses and develop in an all-round way; On the other hand, it can provide the basis for college students' innovation ability, grasp the advantages and disadvantages of college students' innovation, sum up the existing problems in education, and improve the quality of college graduates in China.
