【摘要】：隨著“985工程”、“211工程”項目的建設(shè)實施，國家財政對高等教育投入的增加，高校儀器設(shè)備的規(guī)模不斷壯大，配置了大量、優(yōu)質(zhì)的儀器設(shè)備，給高校帶來了空前的發(fā)展機遇，同時也給高校的大型儀器管理提出了更高的要求。在發(fā)展的同時也出現(xiàn)了許多的問題，如使用率低，購置重復(fù)率高等，這些問題制約了高校的發(fā)展。因此高校大型儀器設(shè)備的管理工作越來越受到關(guān)注。 論文以大型儀器設(shè)備為研究對象，圍繞大型儀器設(shè)備管理信息化問題，結(jié)合當前的JAVA技術(shù)，提出大型儀器設(shè)備實時化管理，建立大型儀器設(shè)備開放運行管理系統(tǒng)。 首先，在分析了各高校的大型儀器設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)狀后，給出了大型儀器設(shè)備管理共享機制； 其次，根據(jù)大型儀器設(shè)備在開放運行系統(tǒng)的運行流程，提出為用戶實時更新大型儀器設(shè)備的使用信息； 最后，論文對大型儀器設(shè)備開放運行管理系統(tǒng)的基本特征、主要功能以及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行分析與闡述，分析了系統(tǒng)的需求，以Myeclipse+Tomcat+Mysql組合作為開發(fā)工具對大型儀器設(shè)備開放運行管理系統(tǒng)進行了初步設(shè)計，，設(shè)計主要包括系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)各功能模塊以及相應(yīng)界面的設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the "Project 985" and the "Project 211", the national financial investment in higher education has increased, and the scale of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities has been growing, with a large number of high-quality instruments and equipment deployed. It brings unprecedented development opportunities to colleges and universities, and also puts forward higher requirements for the management of large instruments in colleges and universities. At the same time, there are many problems, such as low utilization rate and high acquisition repetition rate, which restrict the development of colleges and universities. Therefore, the management of large-scale instruments in colleges and universities is getting more and more attention. This paper takes the large-scale instrument equipment as the research object, revolves around the large-scale instrument equipment management information question, unifies the present JAVA technology, proposes the large-scale instrument equipment real-time management, establishes the large-scale instrument equipment open operation management system. First of all, after analyzing the current situation of the management of large instruments and equipment in colleges and universities, the sharing mechanism of the management of large instruments and equipment is given. Secondly, according to the operation flow of large-scale instrument and equipment in the open operation system, it proposes to update the use information of large-scale instrument and equipment in real time for users. Finally, the paper analyzes and expounds the basic characteristics, main functions and key technologies of the open operation management system for large-scale instruments and equipment, and analyzes the requirements of the system. The open operation management system of large-scale instrument and equipment is designed with Myeclipse Tomcat Mysql combination as the development tool. The design mainly includes the overall design of the system, the design of database, the design of each functional module of the system and the design of the corresponding interface.
