【摘要】：實(shí)驗(yàn)隊(duì)伍在高校教學(xué)改革、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和人才培養(yǎng)中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用。針對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中存在的人員結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、工作難定量、發(fā)展空間小等問(wèn)題,提出了改革創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)人員的用人進(jìn)人機(jī)制、建立健全實(shí)驗(yàn)人員工作考核制度和激勵(lì)政策、制定完善實(shí)驗(yàn)人員在職培訓(xùn)和職稱(chēng)評(píng)定制度等實(shí)驗(yàn)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的改革新舉措。
[Abstract]:The experimental team plays a more and more important role in teaching reform, technological innovation and talent training in colleges and universities. In view of the problems existing in the construction of the experimental team, such as unreasonable personnel structure, difficult to quantify the work and small space for development, this paper puts forward the reform and innovation of the personnel admission mechanism of the laboratory personnel, the establishment and improvement of the examination system and the incentive policy for the laboratory personnel. New measures should be taken to perfect the system of on-the-job training and professional title evaluation of laboratory personnel.
