【摘要】：大學(xué)生生涯規(guī)劃是大學(xué)生將自我評(píng)價(jià)和對(duì)環(huán)境評(píng)估兩者結(jié)合起來(lái),進(jìn)行比較和判斷,形成的成長(zhǎng)方案。引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生生涯規(guī)劃的前提是了解他們生涯規(guī)劃訴求的特征,在此基礎(chǔ)上本著綜合原則、發(fā)展原則和實(shí)效原則,全面、系統(tǒng)地推進(jìn)此項(xiàng)工作,幫助他們構(gòu)建一套生涯規(guī)劃自我調(diào)適系統(tǒng),服務(wù)大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)、成才。
[Abstract]:College students' career planning is a growth plan which combines self-evaluation and environmental assessment to compare and judge. The premise of guiding college students' career planning is to understand the characteristics of their career planning demands, on the basis of which the comprehensive principle, the development principle and the actual effect principle are used to advance this work comprehensively and systematically. To help them to build a career planning self-adjustment system to serve the growth of college students.
