【摘要】：就業(yè)是民生之本。目前,我國大學畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題已經(jīng)逐漸成為一個社會性問題。對于大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題,需要社會各方共同努力,攜手解決,其中,以社會主義核心價值體系,引導并幫助大學生,使其樹立正確的就業(yè)觀,對于解決我國大學生的就業(yè)問題具有相當重要的作用和影響。社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、所有制結(jié)構(gòu)變化還有職業(yè)的發(fā)展,這些都改變了職業(yè)的構(gòu)成情況,同時也在相當?shù)某潭壬细淖兞巳藗兊娜松^和價值觀,從而進一步改變了人們的就業(yè)觀。在一定程度上,就業(yè)觀的發(fā)展狀態(tài)決定著一個就業(yè)者的行為,并且對就業(yè)形勢有著非常重要的影響。另外,就業(yè)人員在接受新的就業(yè)觀念的時候,還會受過去原有觀念的影響。因此,必須對大學生的就業(yè)觀進行教育和引導,并以此為基礎,加強對大學生進行職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的指導,使大學生能夠樹立起積極、向上的,正確的就業(yè)觀,使將要走出學校的大學生,在一定的條件下,能夠以一種積極的態(tài)度去對待自己的工作、生活以及人生。 在2011年的十七屆六中全會上,突出強調(diào)了,社會主義核心價值體系是我國的興國之魂,是我國社會主義先進文化建設的精髓,這一科學體系決定了建設中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。2012年的十八大報告,更是針對對社會主義核心價值體系的建設,提出了新的部署與新的要求,報告強調(diào)“要深入地開展社會主義核心價值體系的學習與教育,用社會主義核心價值體系來引領社會思潮”。所以,以社會主義核心價值體系來引領大學生樹立正確的就業(yè)觀,是社會的發(fā)展與時代的進步對我們的提出的新的要求。我們必須充分地認識和了解社會主義核心價值體系的科學內(nèi)涵,真正地去把握好當代大學生的就業(yè)觀的變化趨勢和特點,挖掘出社會主義核心價值體系與當代大學生樹立正確就業(yè)觀之間的聯(lián)系。要以社會主義核心價值體系作為靈魂思想,從社會、家庭、學校以及個人等各方面積極入手,真正探索出一些能夠幫助大學生樹立正確就業(yè)觀的實用的方法,使大學生畢業(yè)生在就業(yè)過程中能夠以一種積極向上的態(tài)度去迎接挑戰(zhàn),為真正的實現(xiàn)自己的人生價值來建立起一個良好的發(fā)展平臺。
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. At present, the employment of college graduates in China has gradually become a social problem. For the employment of college graduates, it is necessary for all parties in the society to make joint efforts and work hand in hand. Among them, the socialist core value system should guide and help college students to set up a correct view of employment. It plays an important role in solving the employment problem of college students in China. Social and economic development, industrial restructuring, changes in ownership structure, and professional development have all changed the composition of occupations, and to a considerable extent have changed people's outlook on life and values. As a result, it has further changed people's view of employment. To a certain extent, the development of employment concept determines the behavior of an employed person and has a very important impact on the employment situation. In addition, employment personnel in the new employment concept, but also affected by the old ideas. Therefore, it is necessary to educate and guide college students' view of employment, and on this basis, to strengthen the guidance of career planning for college students, so that college students can set up a positive, upward and correct view of employment. So that college students who are going out of school, under certain conditions, can treat their work, life and life with a positive attitude. At the sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee in 2011, it was highlighted that the socialist core value system is the soul of our country's rejuvenation and the essence of our socialist advanced cultural construction. This scientific system determines the development direction of the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The report of the 18th National Congress of 2012 put forward new arrangements and new requirements for the construction of the socialist core value system. The report emphasizes that "the study and education of the socialist core value system should be carried out in depth, and the socialist core value system should be used to lead the social trend of thought." Therefore, the socialist core value system to lead college students to establish a correct view of employment, is the development of society and the progress of the times put forward a new requirement for us. We must fully understand and understand the scientific connotation of the socialist core value system, and truly grasp the changing trend and characteristics of the employment outlook of contemporary college students. Excavate the relation between the socialist core value system and the contemporary college students to set up the correct view of employment. We should take the socialist core value system as the soul thought, start with the society, family, school and individual, and explore some practical methods that can help college students to set up a correct view of employment. So that college graduates in the process of employment with a positive attitude to meet the challenge, for the real realization of their own life value to establish a good development platform.
