【摘要】：高校國(guó)防教育作為我國(guó)國(guó)防教育不可或缺的一部分,在強(qiáng)化國(guó)民國(guó)防觀念,增強(qiáng)國(guó)民國(guó)防意識(shí)方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用。如今,在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、文化多元化的時(shí)代背景下,更加要求我們應(yīng)該提高高校國(guó)防教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,從而加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生人文知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和人文精神的培養(yǎng),增強(qiáng)國(guó)防教育的吸引力。 本文在對(duì)信息化戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)背景進(jìn)行闡釋分析的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞高校國(guó)防教育的特色,深化以內(nèi)容為主的教學(xué)改革,提出如何優(yōu)化信息化戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)背景下高校國(guó)防教育的途徑和方法：一是確立國(guó)家信息安全意識(shí),將防范網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的信息侵略納入高校國(guó)防教育體系；二是建立更趨完善的國(guó)防教育體制,優(yōu)化高校國(guó)防教育體系；三是轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)手段、重新整合教學(xué)方法以升華高校國(guó)防教育體系。 最后,筆者討論了高校國(guó)防教育與通識(shí)教育的兼容性,繼而提出了利用通識(shí)教育理念轉(zhuǎn)變高校國(guó)防教育的教育思想和觀念,豐富教學(xué)手段,拓展高校國(guó)防教育教學(xué)內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable part of national defense education, college national defense education plays an important role in strengthening national defense concept and strengthening national defense consciousness. Nowadays, under the background of economic globalization, information networking and cultural diversity, we should improve the quality of national defense education and teaching in colleges and universities, so as to strengthen the study of humanistic knowledge and the cultivation of humanistic spirit among college students. Enhance the appeal of national defense education. Based on the explanation and analysis of the background of the information war, this paper focuses on the characteristics of national defense education in colleges and universities, and deepens the content-based teaching reform. How to optimize the national defense education in colleges and universities under the background of information war is put forward as follows: first, to establish the national information security consciousness and to bring the information aggression in the network environment into the national defense education system of colleges and universities; The second is to establish a more perfect national defense education system to optimize the national defense education system in colleges and universities, the third is to change teaching means and reintegrate teaching methods in order to sublimate the national defense education system in colleges and universities. Finally, the author discusses the compatibility of national defense education and general education in colleges and universities, and then puts forward the idea of changing the educational ideas and ideas of national defense education in colleges and universities by means of general education, enriches teaching methods and expands the teaching contents of national defense education in colleges and universities.
