【摘要】：目前,高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)研究大多停留在靜態(tài)的要素分析上,就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的過(guò)程分析是一個(gè)需要重視的取向。本文在新制度主義的視角下,用制度場(chǎng)域、資本、慣習(xí)為分析視角,通過(guò)對(duì)一位高校畢業(yè)生從"體制外創(chuàng)業(yè)"到"體制內(nèi)就業(yè)"的回歸路徑進(jìn)行歷時(shí)性研究。解析了這一行為遵循的"實(shí)踐的邏輯":在體制內(nèi)、體制外制度場(chǎng)雙重作用下以日常生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),滿足目標(biāo)選擇利益最大化原則和過(guò)程選擇合邏輯性原則,具有適應(yīng)性。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on employment entrepreneurship of college graduates mostly stays on the static element analysis, and the process analysis of employment entrepreneurship is an orientation that needs to be paid attention to. From the perspective of new institutionalism, this paper, from the perspective of institutional field, capital and habit, makes a diachronic study on the return path of a college graduate from "entrepreneurship outside the system" to "employment within the system". This paper analyzes the "logic of practice" followed by this behavior: within the system and under the dual action of the field outside the system, based on the experience of daily life, the principle of maximization of the benefit of objective selection and the logical principle of process selection are satisfied, and they are adaptable.
