德育視域下大學(xué)生個性發(fā)展問題研究
[Abstract]:Personality development is not only a manifestation of individual being different from others, but also a practical behavior for people to realize their own development and social progress. College students are one of the outstanding groups in the society, the mainstay of the country in the future, and the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The present era is the era of rapid development of knowledge economy. The level of national innovation ability is directly related to the future development of the country, and the personality development of college students is the inexhaustible power to stimulate innovation ability. In this context, the study of personality development of college students is very important. To promote the personality development of college students is an inevitable requirement of educational reform and an important condition for the growth of college students. Therefore, exploring the path to the healthy development of college students' personality in the field of moral education is an indispensable and important part of moral education in colleges and universities. This paper mainly studies the personality development of college students. First of all, the author discusses the thoughts of Marx and Engels and the Chinese Communists on the personality development of college students and the objective inevitability of the healthy development of college students' personality from the perspective of moral education. The relationship between moral education and college students' personality development is deeply analyzed. The main contradictions and the main laws to be grasped in the development of college students' personality in the field of moral education are analyzed, and the relationship between individual socialization and individualism and personality development is clarified. Thirdly, on the basis of questionnaire survey on college students' personality development in the field of moral education, we find out the main problems and the main reasons of the problems in the development of college students' personality in the field of moral education. This paper puts forward the principles to be followed in promoting the healthy development of college students' personality from the perspective of moral education and the main ways to promote the healthy development of college students' personality.
