【摘要】：個性發(fā)展不僅是個人異于他人的表現(xiàn)，也是人們實現(xiàn)自身發(fā)展與社會進步的一種實踐行為。大學(xué)生群體是社會中的優(yōu)秀群體之一，是國家未來的中流砥柱，是中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者與接班人。當今時代是知識經(jīng)濟迅速發(fā)展的時代，一個國家創(chuàng)新能力的高低直接關(guān)系到國家未來的發(fā)展，而大學(xué)生的個性發(fā)展是激發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力的不竭動力。在這樣的背景下，對大學(xué)生個性發(fā)展問題的研究至關(guān)重要。促進大學(xué)生的個性發(fā)展，是教育改革的必然要求，是大學(xué)生成長成才的重要條件。因此，探索德育視域下大學(xué)生個性健康發(fā)展的路徑，是高校德育工作中不可缺少的一項重要內(nèi)容。 本文主要研究大學(xué)生的個性發(fā)展問題。首先，對馬克思恩格斯以及中國共產(chǎn)黨人有關(guān)個性的思想進行論述，闡述大學(xué)生個性發(fā)展的相關(guān)問題以及德育視域下大學(xué)生個性健康發(fā)展的客觀必然性；其次，深入分析德育與大學(xué)生個性發(fā)展的關(guān)系、德育視域下大學(xué)生個性發(fā)展需要處理的主要矛盾以及需要把握的主要規(guī)律、澄清個體社會化與個性化以及個人主義與個性發(fā)展的關(guān)系；再次，，在對德育視域下大學(xué)生個性發(fā)展進行問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，找出德育視域下大學(xué)生個性發(fā)展存在的主要問題以及存在問題的主要原因；最后，提出德育視域下促進大學(xué)生個性健康發(fā)展應(yīng)遵循的原則以及大學(xué)生個性健康發(fā)展的主要路徑。
[Abstract]:Personality development is not only a manifestation of individual being different from others, but also a practical behavior for people to realize their own development and social progress. College students are one of the outstanding groups in the society, the mainstay of the country in the future, and the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The present era is the era of rapid development of knowledge economy. The level of national innovation ability is directly related to the future development of the country, and the personality development of college students is the inexhaustible power to stimulate innovation ability. In this context, the study of personality development of college students is very important. To promote the personality development of college students is an inevitable requirement of educational reform and an important condition for the growth of college students. Therefore, exploring the path to the healthy development of college students' personality in the field of moral education is an indispensable and important part of moral education in colleges and universities. This paper mainly studies the personality development of college students. First of all, the author discusses the thoughts of Marx and Engels and the Chinese Communists on the personality development of college students and the objective inevitability of the healthy development of college students' personality from the perspective of moral education. The relationship between moral education and college students' personality development is deeply analyzed. The main contradictions and the main laws to be grasped in the development of college students' personality in the field of moral education are analyzed, and the relationship between individual socialization and individualism and personality development is clarified. Thirdly, on the basis of questionnaire survey on college students' personality development in the field of moral education, we find out the main problems and the main reasons of the problems in the development of college students' personality in the field of moral education. This paper puts forward the principles to be followed in promoting the healthy development of college students' personality from the perspective of moral education and the main ways to promote the healthy development of college students' personality.
