當代大學生誠信建設的他律研究

【摘要】:誠信,即誠實守信,既是為人謀事之本和創(chuàng)業(yè)興邦之基,也是社會秩序正常運行的重要基礎,凝結著無數(shù)中華文化的精髓。然而,在現(xiàn)實生活中,大學生誠信缺失現(xiàn)象嚴重,部分大學生誠信意識淡薄,如作業(yè)抄襲、考試作弊、人際交往虛假、惡意拖欠學費和國家助學貸款等。因此,提高大學生誠信意識,逐步完善大學生誠信建設的他律機制,利用剛性制度去約束大學生的行為,是目前形勢下提高高校大學生誠信建設實效性的迫切要求。本文就此問題進行探討,共分為四個部分: 第一部分,緒論。本部分主要介紹選題的背景和研究意義,通過對國內外學者誠信建設的研究現(xiàn)狀進行綜述,了解當前的國內外的研究現(xiàn)狀。最后介紹這篇論文的創(chuàng)新之處以及研究方法。 第二部分,大學生誠信建設他律的內涵及意義。這部分主要對誠信和他律機制的內涵進行了分析,從科學概念入手,分析大學生誠信建設的重要性,然后闡述了他律機制在大學生誠信建設中的重要意義。 第三部分,當代大學生誠信建設的他律現(xiàn)狀。這是本文主要內容的邏輯展開。主要分析我國當代大學生誠信建設他律取得的成績和大學生誠信建設他律存在的現(xiàn)實問題,進而分析了當代大學生誠信建設的他律問題存在的原因。 第四部分,加強當代大學生誠信他律建設的策略。這是本文的主體部分。大學生誠信建設的他律機制應以優(yōu)化大學生誠信建設的管理機制為切入點,健全大學生誠信檔案制度,完善大學生誠信評價制度等,以加快社會信用環(huán)境機制方面的建設為重點,立足于高校誠信教育機制建設和家庭誠信教育示范機制建設,以大學生自律機制建設為支撐,使大學生的誠信建設由“他律”為“自律”,構筑規(guī)范性、針對性、可操作性和綜合性的大學生誠信建設的他律機制。
[Abstract]:Honesty, that is, honesty and trustworthiness, is not only the basis of seeking for human affairs and starting a new country, but also the important foundation of the normal operation of social order, which condenses the essence of countless Chinese culture. However, in real life, the phenomenon of college students' lack of honesty is serious, and some college students have a weak sense of honesty, such as homework plagiarism, cheating in exams, false interpersonal communication, maliciously defaulting on tuition fees and state student loans. Therefore, improving college students' honesty consciousness, perfecting the heteronomy mechanism of college students' honesty construction step by step, and using rigid system to restrain college students' behavior are the urgent requirements to improve the actual effect of college students' honesty construction under the present situation. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part, introduction. This part mainly introduces the background and research significance of the topic, through the review of the research status of scholars at home and abroad, understand the current research situation at home and abroad. Finally, this paper introduces the innovation and research methods. The second part, the connotation and significance of the heteronomy of college students'honesty construction. This part mainly analyzes the connotation of honesty and heteronomy mechanism, starts with the scientific concept, analyzes the importance of college students' honesty construction, and then expounds the significance of heteronomy mechanism in the construction of college students' honesty and credit. The third part, the present situation of the construction of honesty and credit of contemporary college students. This is the logical expansion of the main content of this paper. This paper mainly analyzes the achievements of the heteronomy of the college students' honesty construction in our country and the practical problems existing in the heteronomy of the college students' honesty construction, and then analyzes the reasons for the existence of the heteronomy problems of the contemporary college students' honesty construction. The fourth part, strengthens the contemporary university student good faith heteronomy construction strategy. This is the main part of this paper. The heteronomy mechanism of college students' honesty construction should take the management mechanism of college students' honesty construction as the starting point, perfect the university students' credit archives system, perfect the university students' credit evaluation system, etc. In order to accelerate the construction of social credit environment mechanism, it is based on the construction of honesty education mechanism in colleges and universities and the demonstration mechanism of family honesty education, and is supported by the self-discipline mechanism of college students. The construction of college students' honesty and credit should be changed from "heteronomy" to "self-discipline", and a normative, targeted, operable and comprehensive heteronomy mechanism of college students' honesty construction should be constructed.
