遺傳算法在教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:我國高校的招生數(shù)量及規(guī)模在近年迅速擴大,給不少高校的教務(wù)管理帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。新形勢下,一些高校原有的教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)了設(shè)計不夠完善、智能化程度不高的問題,已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)教務(wù)管理的要求。因而研究使用更好的算法來設(shè)計開發(fā)新的智能化教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),進行教務(wù)管理改革已成為當前高校的迫切要求。 本文從系統(tǒng)理論的角度分析了目前常見的舊教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)存在的問題,探討將遺傳算法運用到教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計中去。通過對遺傳算法在教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)相關(guān)模塊中的運用進行研究,把教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中的排課、排考、教室借用、教學工作量計算等功能進行整合,減少學校管理部門之間數(shù)據(jù)的重復輸入輸出,提高學校教務(wù)管理的效率和水平。本文以茂名職業(yè)技術(shù)學院為例,對教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的各個模塊的功能進行較為詳細的分析研究,,對原有舊系統(tǒng)的功能進行了智能化的改造設(shè)計,補充了教學工作量子系統(tǒng)和教室借用子系統(tǒng),提出一個較為理想的教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)模型,使各個功能相互聯(lián)系的子系統(tǒng)組成的教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)能夠解決以前各個獨立系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)不能共享的難題,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)理論提出的1加1大于2的目標。本文重點論述了遺傳算法在教學排課等功能中的應(yīng)用,對排課和排考兩個模塊中的所涉及的時間表問題進行了深入的分析研究,對排課及排考模塊中的硬性約束條件和軟性約束條件進行了詳細的討論,根據(jù)約束條件定義了適應(yīng)度值函數(shù)。通過對舊的教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)與應(yīng)用遺傳算法等技術(shù)進行設(shè)計的新系統(tǒng)進行實驗比較,數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果表明遺傳算法能很好解決舊的教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中存在的問題,能夠更多地滿足軟性約束條件。新的教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)優(yōu)于舊的教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number and scale of enrollment in colleges and universities in our country have expanded rapidly, which has brought new challenges to the educational administration management of many colleges and universities. Under the new situation, some existing educational administration management systems in colleges and universities have appeared the problems of imperfect design and low degree of intelligence, which have been unable to meet the requirements of educational administration management. Therefore, it has become an urgent requirement for colleges and universities to design and develop a new intelligent educational administration management system by using better algorithms and to carry out the reform of educational administration management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the old educational administration management system from the point of view of system theory, and discusses the application of genetic algorithm to the design of educational administration system. By studying the application of genetic algorithm in the relevant modules of educational administration system, the functions of arranging courses, arranging examinations, borrowing classrooms and calculating teaching workload in the educational administration system are integrated. To reduce the repeated input and output of data between school management departments and improve the efficiency and level of school administration. Taking Maoming Vocational and Technical College as an example, the functions of each module of the educational administration system are analyzed and studied in detail, and the functions of the original old system are designed intelligently. In addition to the quantum system of teaching work and the classroom borrowing subsystem, an ideal model of educational administration system is proposed. The educational administration system, which is composed of subsystems with interrelated functions, can solve the problem that the data of each independent system can not be shared in the past, and realize the goal of 1 + 1 > 2, which is proposed by the system theory. This paper focuses on the application of genetic algorithm in the function of teaching and arranging courses, and makes an in-depth analysis and research on the timetable problems involved in the two modules: arranging courses and arranging examinations. The hard and soft constraints in the course scheduling and test scheduling modules are discussed in detail, and the fitness function is defined according to the constraints. Through the experimental comparison between the old educational administration system and the new system designed by applying genetic algorithm and other technologies, the results show that the genetic algorithm can solve the problems in the old educational administration system very well. More soft constraints can be satisfied. The new educational administration system is superior to the old one.
