【摘要】：長期以來,高校學生社團作為學生“自我管理、自我教育、自我服務(wù)”的重要組織,通過自主開展一系列集思想性、學術(shù)性、文化性、趣味性于一體的活動,為廣大青年學生提供了在課余時間施展才華的舞臺,在推動校園文化建設(shè)、促進學生全面發(fā)展、提升學生素質(zhì)教育等方面扮演著重要角色、發(fā)揮著重要作用,并成為學生們學習生涯中必不可少的“第二課堂”。中南林業(yè)科技大學作為一所有著58年辦學歷史的老牌本科院校,近年來,隨著辦學規(guī)模和辦學水平的不斷提升,其各類大學生社團也如雨后春筍一般不斷涌現(xiàn),該校對涉農(nóng)學生社團管理的深入研究,也顯得極為迫切,它不僅關(guān)系到大學生群體的健康成長和全面發(fā)展,而且關(guān)系到中南林業(yè)科技大學德育工作的實施,關(guān)系到人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的好壞。本文在研究國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進展的基礎(chǔ)上,運用實地調(diào)查研究和案例分析的方法,在問卷調(diào)查與訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,從社團參與狀況、社團管理狀況、社團活動影響和作用等多個面分析了中南林業(yè)科技大學學生社團發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。在調(diào)研分析的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了中南林業(yè)科技大學學生目前學生社團發(fā)展中存在的問題及其原因,并從學校管理的層面提出了促進大學生社團建設(shè)的指導思想和主要原則,提出了完善和加強大學生社團建設(shè)的對策。

On the basis of the research progress at home and abroad, this paper uses the methods of field investigation and case analysis, based on the questionnaire and interview, from the status of community participation, community management, The influence and effect of community activities on the development of student societies in Central South Forestry University of Science and Technology are analyzed. On the basis of investigation and analysis, this paper points out the problems and causes existing in the development of students' association in Central South Forestry University of Science and Technology, and puts forward the guiding ideology and main principles of promoting the construction of university students' association from the level of school management. The countermeasures to improve and strengthen the construction of college students' associations are put forward.
