【摘要】：伴隨著高校擴(kuò)招工作的開(kāi)展，高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)的數(shù)量和參與人數(shù)也都呈上升趨勢(shì)。個(gè)性鮮明的新時(shí)代大學(xué)生依據(jù)自身興趣、愛(ài)好自發(fā)組成了形式各樣的大學(xué)生社團(tuán)。這些大學(xué)生社團(tuán)通過(guò)大量的、多層次、多方位的活動(dòng)，促進(jìn)了校園文化建設(shè)，大多數(shù)學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)都能得以不同程度的提高，大學(xué)生把社團(tuán)當(dāng)做接受教育的另一個(gè)形象生動(dòng)的新課堂。因此，對(duì)高校社團(tuán)文化的思想政治教育功能進(jìn)行深入地研究，具有先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和理論意義。 高校社團(tuán)文化由物質(zhì)文化、制度文化和精神文化三個(gè)方面構(gòu)成。具有娛樂(lè)性與教育性相結(jié)合、主體性與組織性相結(jié)合、實(shí)踐性與發(fā)展性相結(jié)合的特征；現(xiàn)如今，高校社團(tuán)文化與思想政治教育相輔相成，唇齒相依。首先高校社團(tuán)文化成為了大學(xué)生自我教育的新載體，同時(shí)它又扮演者著思想政治教育環(huán)境優(yōu)化大師的角色，它不僅能使思想政治教育的方式不再單一乏味又能提高思想政治教育的實(shí)效；換位思考，思想政治教育也是高校社團(tuán)文化可持續(xù)發(fā)展的保證，保證其積極性、先進(jìn)性、藝術(shù)性和強(qiáng)大性。高校社團(tuán)文化對(duì)思想政治教育具有導(dǎo)向功能、約束功能、娛樂(lè)拓展功能以及調(diào)控轉(zhuǎn)化功能，研究社團(tuán)文化的上述功能，使其充分發(fā)揮其思想政治教育功能是高校應(yīng)予以重視的課題。 筆者通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)一些大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，并對(duì)收回的有效調(diào)查問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)，，了解到高校社團(tuán)文化的物質(zhì)層面、制度層面以及精神層面在發(fā)揮其思想政治教育功能中還面臨著一些挑戰(zhàn)和問(wèn)題。要全面實(shí)現(xiàn)高校社團(tuán)文化的思想政治教育功能，必須要加強(qiáng)社團(tuán)文化建設(shè)，思想政治教育功能應(yīng)遵循先進(jìn)導(dǎo)向原則、人本服務(wù)原則和創(chuàng)新開(kāi)放原則；同時(shí)也要加強(qiáng)社團(tuán)文化三方面內(nèi)容的建設(shè)，以更好的發(fā)揮其思想政治教育功能。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of college enrollment, the number of college student associations and the number of participants are also on the rise. According to their own interests and hobbies, the distinctive new era college students form various forms of college students' associations. Through a large number of multi-level and multi-directional activities, these university student associations have promoted the construction of campus culture, and the comprehensive quality of most students can be improved to varying degrees. College students see the community as another vivid new classroom for education. Therefore, it has advanced practical and theoretical significance to study the function of ideological and political education of university community culture. College community culture consists of material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture. It has the characteristics of entertainment and education, subjectivity and organization, practicality and development. Nowadays, the culture and ideological and political education in colleges and universities complement each other and depend on each other. First of all, college community culture has become a new carrier of college students' self-education, and it also plays the role of master of ideological and political education environment optimization. It can not only make the way of ideological and political education no longer monotonous, but also improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. In the interests of others, ideological and political education is also the guarantee of the sustainable development of the community culture in colleges and universities, ensuring its enthusiasm and advanced nature. Artistry and power. The university community culture has the guiding function to the ideological and political education, the restraint function, the entertainment expansion function and the control and transformation function, studies the community culture above function, It is an important task for colleges and universities to give full play to their ideological and political education function. The author conducted a questionnaire survey on some college students through the network, and analyzed and summarized the valid questionnaires, and found out the material aspect of the university community culture. There are still some challenges and problems in exerting the function of ideological and political education at the level of system and spirit. In order to realize the function of ideological and political education of university community culture in an all-round way, we must strengthen the construction of community culture. The function of ideological and political education should follow the principle of advanced guidance, the principle of people-oriented service and the principle of innovation and openness. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of three aspects of community culture in order to better play its ideological and political education function.
