【摘要】：“發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)”是當(dāng)前關(guān)于教育評(píng)價(jià)的新理念。它通過系統(tǒng)地搜集和分析評(píng)價(jià)信息,以學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展為根本出發(fā)點(diǎn),以融合教學(xué)與評(píng)價(jià)為基礎(chǔ)和核心,在關(guān)注共性的基礎(chǔ)上注重個(gè)體的差異發(fā)展,是一種注重過程和評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的主體性,提倡評(píng)價(jià)者和評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象共同商定發(fā)展目標(biāo)并以促進(jìn)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象發(fā)展為根本目的的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)�！鞍l(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)”“立足過程、注重發(fā)展”的特點(diǎn)及多元?jiǎng)討B(tài)的評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)于創(chuàng)新思想政治理論課考試改革、促進(jìn)大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展具有重要作用。 本文立足于“發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)”這一現(xiàn)代教育評(píng)價(jià)理念,對(duì)“發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)”的內(nèi)涵特征、有關(guān)支撐理論以及思想政治理論課考試的研究成果進(jìn)行了梳理,通過剖析當(dāng)前思想政治理論課的考試改革現(xiàn)狀,指出當(dāng)前思想政治理論課考試存在的主要問題有：功能上重評(píng)判輕導(dǎo)向、內(nèi)容上重廣度輕深度、方式上重定量輕定性、評(píng)價(jià)主體上重他評(píng)輕自評(píng)等,進(jìn)而在對(duì)其原因進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出思想政治理論課發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)考試改革的思路、原則及具體改革措施并加以探索性實(shí)踐。通過采用訪談及問卷調(diào)查的方法進(jìn)行了思想政治理論課發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)考試改革的效果分析,指出發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)理念的樹立是考試改革創(chuàng)新的基礎(chǔ)、考試立足學(xué)生發(fā)展才能適應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)的接受心理、定量定性相結(jié)合才能保障多樣考試方式的實(shí)現(xiàn)、堅(jiān)持考評(píng)主體互相監(jiān)督利于實(shí)現(xiàn)考試的有效反饋等方面的思想政治理論課發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)考試改革的思考,進(jìn)而提出要在考評(píng)主體的互動(dòng)中充分發(fā)揮師生的主動(dòng)性及優(yōu)勢(shì)、在教學(xué)引導(dǎo)的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生考后的自我反饋分析、在知行統(tǒng)一的導(dǎo)向下完善課內(nèi)外實(shí)踐課的考試評(píng)價(jià)、在新技術(shù)的支撐下拓展運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)提升評(píng)價(jià)效率等方面進(jìn)一步深化考試改革的建議。 論文基于“發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)”對(duì)思想政治理論課考試的方式方法進(jìn)行了探索性創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐,拓展了思想政治理論課考試評(píng)價(jià)的視角,所總結(jié)的體會(huì)和提出的改革建議對(duì)深化思想政治理論課考試改革具有可供借鑒的參考。
[Abstract]:Developmental evaluation is a new idea about educational evaluation. Through systematic collection and analysis of evaluation information, it takes the all-round development of students as the basic starting point, the integration of teaching and evaluation as the foundation and core, and pays attention to the development of individual differences on the basis of paying close attention to the commonness. It is a kind of teaching evaluation that emphasizes the subjectivity of process and evaluation object, and advocates that the evaluator and the evaluation object agree on the development goal together and take the promotion of the evaluation object as the basic purpose. The characteristics of "basing on the process and paying attention to development" and the multi-dynamic evaluation method play an important role in innovating the examination reform of ideological and political theory course and promoting the growth and development of college students. Based on the modern educational evaluation idea of "developmental evaluation", this paper combs the connotation characteristics of "developmental evaluation", the relevant supporting theory and the research results of ideological and political theory course examination. By analyzing the present situation of the examination reform of the ideological and political theory course, this paper points out that the main problems existing in the examination of the ideological and political theory course at present are as follows: emphasis on evaluation and guidance in function, emphasis on breadth and depth on content, and emphasis on quantity and quality on the way. On the basis of the analysis of its causes, the author puts forward the idea, principles and concrete reform measures of the developmental evaluation of the ideological and political theory course. By using the method of interview and questionnaire, this paper analyzes the effect of the reform of the developmental evaluation examination in the ideological and political theory course, and points out that the establishment of the idea of the developmental evaluation is the basis of the innovation of the examination reform. Only when the examination is based on the students' development can it adapt to the reception psychology of learning, and the combination of quantitative and qualitative can guarantee the realization of various examination methods. Insisting on the reform of the developmental evaluation examination in ideological and political theory course in the aspects of mutual supervision of the subject and effective feedback of the examination, the author puts forward the idea of giving full play to the initiative and superiority of the teachers and students in the interaction of the subject. On the basis of teaching guidance, the self-feedback analysis of students after examination can be realized, and the examination evaluation in and out of class can be perfected under the guidance of unity of knowledge and practice. Under the support of new technology, some suggestions on how to further deepen the examination reform by using the network platform to improve the evaluation efficiency are put forward. Based on "developmental evaluation", the paper has carried on the exploratory innovation practice to the ideological and political theory course examination way method, has expanded the ideological and political theory course examination appraisal angle of view, The experience summarized and the reform suggestions can be used for reference in deepening the examination reform of ideological and political theory course.
