【摘要】：近十多年來,我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生的數(shù)量在不斷增長(zhǎng),高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)越來越多的受到政府及社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注,成為重大的社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)問題。要從根本上解決這一問題,需要靠推動(dòng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展來提供更多的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),但是提供有效的就業(yè)服務(wù)也能在很大程度上緩解這一難題。要想向高校畢業(yè)生提供有效的就業(yè)服務(wù),必須要有完善的大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系。目前,在我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系中,發(fā)揮主要作用的是政府和高校,社會(huì)力量的參與意識(shí)不強(qiáng)。本文旨在研究我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的有效建設(shè)問題,希望通過建立完善的大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系提供更有效的就業(yè)服務(wù)。文中通過文獻(xiàn)研究和比較研究,總結(jié)國(guó)外相關(guān)國(guó)家大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn);通過問卷調(diào)查,得出我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)存問題;以上述研究為基礎(chǔ),提出我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的完善建議和基本構(gòu)想。文章包括六部分具體內(nèi)容:第一部分是緒論:內(nèi)容包括研究背景、研究意義、研究方法以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外就業(yè)服務(wù)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行歸納梳理;第二部分是對(duì)就業(yè)服務(wù)、就業(yè)服務(wù)體系以及大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定;第三部分是對(duì)國(guó)外大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,研究美國(guó)、英國(guó)、德國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)的主要特點(diǎn),以及對(duì)建設(shè)我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的啟示;第四部分是我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,分別研究就業(yè)服務(wù)體系各主體當(dāng)前能夠提供的服務(wù)內(nèi)容;第五部分是對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)影響因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,通過問卷調(diào)查,分析得出各主體影響大學(xué)生有效就業(yè)的結(jié)論;第六部分是對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)存問題進(jìn)行分析研究;第七部分是對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的完善建設(shè),分別對(duì)各主體深入研究,提出有效改善方案。本文深入分析和借鑒國(guó)外相關(guān)國(guó)家大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)的研究成果,從我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),通過對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)影響因素的研究分析,提出對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的有效構(gòu)建。本文研究的主要特點(diǎn)是構(gòu)建整體性理念,建立社會(huì)多方主體共同參與的大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)的諸多問題仍在探索之中,大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的構(gòu)建完善更是涉及到社會(huì)方方面面的因素。希望本文的研究能夠?qū)ξ覈?guó)大學(xué)生的就業(yè)服務(wù)有所貢獻(xiàn),并具有相應(yīng)的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent ten years, the number of college graduates in our country has been increasing, and the employment of college graduates has been paid more and more attention by the government and all walks of life, which has become a major social and economic problem. To solve this problem fundamentally, we need to provide more employment opportunities by promoting social and economic development, but providing effective employment services can also alleviate this problem to a large extent. In order to provide effective employment service for college graduates, we must have a perfect employment service system for college students. At present, the government and universities play the main role in the employment service system of college students in our country, and the participation consciousness of social forces is not strong. The purpose of this paper is to study the effective construction of employment service system for college students in China, hoping to provide more effective employment service by establishing a perfect employment service system for college students. Through literature research and comparative study, this paper summarizes the advanced experience of the employment service system of college students in foreign countries, obtains the existing problems of the employment service system of college students in our country through the questionnaire survey, based on the above research, This paper puts forward some suggestions and basic ideas for improving the employment service system of college students in China. The article includes six parts: the first part is the introduction: the content includes the research background, research significance, research methods and innovation points, and summarizes the relevant theories of employment service at home and abroad; the second part is the employment service. The third part is to study the current situation of employment service for college students abroad, and to study the main characteristics of employment service for college students in the United States, Britain and Germany. The fourth part is the reality of the employment service system of college students in our country, and studies the service content that each main body of the employment service system can provide. The fifth part is to carry on the investigation research to the university student employment influence factor, through the questionnaire investigation, obtains each main body to influence the university student effective employment conclusion; the sixth part is carries on the analysis research to the university student employment service system extant question; The seventh part is to perfect the university student employment service system construction, respectively to each main body thorough research, proposed the effective improvement plan. This paper deeply analyzes and draws lessons from the research results of the employment service of college students in foreign countries, starting from the present situation of the employment service system for college students in our country, through the research and analysis of the factors affecting the employment of college students. The effective construction of employment service system for college students in China is put forward. The main characteristic of this paper is to construct the whole idea and to establish the employment service system of college students. At present, many problems of employment service for college students in our country are still under exploration, and the construction and perfection of employment service system for college students is a factor related to all aspects of society. It is hoped that the research in this paper will contribute to the employment service of college students in our country and have corresponding practical value.
