【摘要】：大學(xué)生職業(yè)成熟度是指其在大學(xué)期間即中國文化背景所調(diào)整的職業(yè)發(fā)展階段中嘗試期后期及過渡期（18-24歲），，通過職業(yè)目標(biāo)的確定、職業(yè)信息的收集、職業(yè)信心的構(gòu)建、職業(yè)妥協(xié)的接納、職業(yè)參照的選取以及職業(yè)價(jià)值的權(quán)衡，為后一階段職業(yè)選擇及發(fā)展所做的準(zhǔn)備程度。本研究技術(shù)路徑統(tǒng)文獻(xiàn)分析入手，結(jié)合深度訪談及開放式調(diào)查，在預(yù)試及正式調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，采用SPSS17.0及AMOS18.0等數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)處理軟件對先關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行探索性及驗(yàn)證性因子分析，得到職業(yè)目標(biāo)、職業(yè)自信、職業(yè)妥協(xié)、職業(yè)參照、職業(yè)價(jià)值和職業(yè)信息在內(nèi)的擬合度較好的6維模型。 在正式問卷數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行深層次的分析，運(yùn)用方差等分析方式觀察大學(xué)生職業(yè)成熟度的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)特征，并與現(xiàn)有研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行比對分析，得到相關(guān)結(jié)論。結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)及現(xiàn)有的研究成果，觀測職業(yè)成熟度干預(yù)的相關(guān)方法，結(jié)合科研能力進(jìn)行干預(yù)研究，從而得到實(shí)用性強(qiáng)的大學(xué)生職業(yè)成熟度職業(yè)指導(dǎo)措施。
[Abstract]:College students' career maturity refers to the later stage and transition period (18-24 years old) of career development, which is adjusted by Chinese cultural background, through the determination of career goals, the collection of career information, and the construction of career confidence. The acceptance of career compromise, the selection of career reference and the tradeoff of career value, the degree of preparation for the later stage of career selection and development. Starting with the literature analysis of the technical path system of this study, combined with in-depth interviews and open investigations, on the basis of pre-test and formal investigation, the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of first-close data is carried out by using SPSS17.0 and AMOS18.0 and other data statistical processing software. Six dimensional models were obtained, including career goals, career confidence, career compromise, career reference, career value and career information. On the basis of the formal questionnaire data, this paper analyzes the development characteristics and structural characteristics of college students' career maturity by means of variance analysis, and compares them with the existing research results, and draws the relevant conclusions. Combined with the literature and existing research results, this paper observed the relevant methods of career maturity intervention, combined with the ability of scientific research to carry on the intervention research, so as to obtain the practical career guidance measures of college students' career maturity.
