【摘要】：美國(guó)歷來(lái)重視尖端人才的培養(yǎng),擁有世界上最多的科研人才和諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)獲得者。美國(guó)培養(yǎng)尖端人才的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)是以創(chuàng)新為核心,重視學(xué)科交叉,看重基礎(chǔ)研究,具有全球視野、學(xué)術(shù)自由傳統(tǒng)和良好的科研經(jīng)費(fèi)資助體系。這些成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示我們?cè)诩舛巳瞬排囵B(yǎng)方面應(yīng)做到:學(xué)校教育應(yīng)突出學(xué)生的能力培養(yǎng)和個(gè)性發(fā)展,依據(jù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的理念整合教育資源,堅(jiān)持研以致用、以研促教,改革科研經(jīng)費(fèi)投入方式和管理體制,加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)的國(guó)際合作與交流。
[Abstract]:The United States has always attached great importance to the cultivation of cutting-edge talents, with the largest number of scientific talents and Nobel Prize winners in the world. America's main experience in cultivating cutting-edge talents is to take innovation as the core, to pay attention to the intersection of disciplines, to attach importance to basic research, to have a global perspective, to have a tradition of academic freedom and to have a good system of funding for scientific research. These successful experiences have taught us that we should achieve this goal in terms of cutting-edge talent training: school education should highlight the ability and personality development of students, integrate educational resources according to the concept of synergy and innovation, persist in research and even use it, and promote teaching through research. Reform the mode and management system of scientific research funds, and strengthen international cooperation and exchange in personnel training.
