【摘要】：隨著廣州地區(qū)高校后勤社會(huì)化改革的不斷深入，高校后勤在管理的范圍和服務(wù)的質(zhì)量上都有了新的要求，提高后勤管理水平、提高內(nèi)部運(yùn)行效率、增強(qiáng)服務(wù)意識(shí)已經(jīng)成為后勤部門生存與發(fā)展的重要條件。引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)行全面的信息化管理，對(duì)后勤的管理與發(fā)展將起到巨大的推動(dòng)促進(jìn)作用，可以促進(jìn)高校后勤的管理水平的提高和服務(wù)效率的提升。 高校后勤管理信息化建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程，必須從宏觀上、整體上把握和研究，才能更好地認(rèn)識(shí)高校后勤信息化的深刻內(nèi)涵，解析其存在的主要問題及產(chǎn)生原因，采取應(yīng)對(duì)策略，并以此來指導(dǎo)信息化建設(shè)實(shí)踐。本文綜合企業(yè)、高校和高校后勤管理信息化建設(shè)的相關(guān)研究成果，，圍繞如何利用信息化技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)整合后勤信息資源，利用知識(shí)化、精細(xì)化管理來提高高校后勤的信息化管理水平與服務(wù)質(zhì)量，利用信息系統(tǒng)促進(jìn)管理模式優(yōu)化來展開。首先，介紹了高校后勤管理信息化的概念與內(nèi)涵，對(duì)高校后勤管理信息化的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述，以期對(duì)信息化建設(shè)有明晰的了解和準(zhǔn)確的把握；其次，剖析了廣州地區(qū)高校后勤管理信息化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及其存在的主要問題，并力圖分析這些問題產(chǎn)生背后的深層次原因；再次，通過對(duì)國內(nèi)高校后勤管理信息化建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹，分析其對(duì)廣州地區(qū)高校后勤信息化建設(shè)的啟示；最后，提出對(duì)廣州地區(qū)高校后勤管理信息化建設(shè)的具體應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the socialization reform of university logistics in Guangzhou area, there are new demands on the scope of management and the quality of service in university logistics, so as to improve the level of logistics management and improve the efficiency of internal operation. Enhancing service awareness has become an important condition for the survival and development of logistics departments. The introduction of advanced computer network technology to carry out comprehensive information management will greatly promote the management and development of logistics, and can promote the improvement of management level and service efficiency of logistics in colleges and universities. The information construction of university logistics management is a complex system engineering. It is necessary to grasp and study it from a macro perspective, so as to better understand the profound connotation of university logistics information, analyze its main problems and the causes of its existence. Take the strategy to guide the practice of information construction. This article synthesizes the enterprise, the university and the university rear service management information construction related research achievement, revolves around how to use the information technology, the network technology conformity rear service information resources, uses the knowledge, In order to improve the level of information management and service quality of university logistics, the information system is used to promote the optimization of management mode. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept and connotation of university logistics management informatization, and expounds the relevant theories of university logistics management informatization, in order to have a clear understanding and accurate grasp of information construction; secondly, This paper analyzes the present situation and main problems of logistics management information construction in universities in Guangzhou area, and tries to analyze the deep reasons behind these problems. Thirdly, it introduces the experience of logistics management information construction in colleges and universities in China. Finally, the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures to the informatization construction of university logistics management in Guangzhou area.
