【摘要】：正黨的十八大對辦好中國特色社會主義高等教育提出了新要求、做出了新部署。十八大報告強調(diào)"把立德樹人作為教育的根本任務"、"培養(yǎng)學生社會責任感、創(chuàng)新精神、實踐能力"、"深化教育領(lǐng)域綜合改革"、"推動高等教育內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展",為我國高等教育在新的歷史時期深化改革、科學發(fā)展進一步指明了方向,提出了更高要求。一、學習貫徹黨的十八大精神,把提高質(zhì)量作為高等教育發(fā)展的核心目標學習貫徹黨的十八大精神,要把提高質(zhì)量作為高等教育發(fā)展的核心目標,努力體現(xiàn)"四個必須"的工作要求:必須堅持以科學發(fā)展觀統(tǒng)領(lǐng)高等教育改革發(fā)展,樹立科學的高等教育發(fā)展觀,更加堅定地走以質(zhì)量提升為核心的內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展道路,統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)、優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、強化特色、注重創(chuàng)新,全面提高高等教育質(zhì)量;必
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward new requirements and made new arrangements for running socialist higher education with Chinese characteristics. The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC emphasized that "the cultivation of virtue as the fundamental task of education," and "the cultivation of students' sense of social responsibility and the spirit of innovation," "practice ability", "deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education" and "promoting the implicit development of higher education" have further pointed out the direction and put forward higher requirements for the deepening reform and scientific development of higher education in the new historical period.
