【摘要】：當(dāng)前,大學(xué)組織正在向網(wǎng)絡(luò)化演進(jìn),大學(xué)組織內(nèi)部和外部各利益主體分別形成了大學(xué)核心決策網(wǎng)絡(luò)、高等教育服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò),并為大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理提供了契機(jī)。大學(xué)多元嵌入網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制能夠分別從微觀、中觀和宏觀三個(gè)層面衡量各利益主體嵌入各大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織治理結(jié)構(gòu)的途徑和程度,實(shí)現(xiàn)溝通順暢、協(xié)調(diào)合作、互信互惠的大學(xué)治理目標(biāo)。完善我國大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)體與行政團(tuán)體間溝通,完善現(xiàn)代師生關(guān)系,增強(qiáng)各利益主體參與大學(xué)治理的意愿,積極探索大學(xué)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新下的共同治理模式。
[Abstract]:At present, the university organization is evolving to the network. The internal and external stakeholders of the university organization have formed the core decision-making network of the university, the network of higher education service and the cooperative innovation network of the industry, university and research respectively, and have provided the opportunity for the university network governance. The multiple embedded network governance mechanism of university can measure the way and degree of each interest body embedded in each university network organization governance structure from the micro, meso and macro levels, and realize smooth communication and coordination and cooperation. Mutual trust and mutual benefit in university governance. In order to improve the network governance of universities in China, we should strengthen the communication between academic groups and administrative groups, perfect the modern teacher-student relationship, strengthen the willingness of all stakeholders to participate in the governance of universities, and actively explore the common governance model under the cooperative innovation of universities.
