高校輔導員博客建設及功效研究

【摘要】:輔導員博客是大學生思想政治教育的重要網絡載體。因此,對輔導員博客建設及功效的研究就具有十分重要的意義。 本文以高校輔導員博客為研究對象,完成了對其相關概念的界定、特點的綜述,并運用心理學中的人本主義理論、傳播學中的受眾理論和社會互動理論以及思想政治教育載體論對輔導員博客的理論依據進行了分析。高校輔導員博客的內容涵蓋廣泛,包括思想政治教育、學業(yè)指導與咨詢、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃、心理健康教育、第二課堂心得、日常管理與事務通知和師生溝通與情感交流等多個方面。輔導員博客的功能也十分強大,包括教育引導、管理服務、人文關懷、輿情監(jiān)控、信息傳播和網絡互動等。輔導員博客既是展示輔導員個人魅力與才華的廣闊舞臺,又是增進輔導員與學生溝通互動的有力平臺。它順應了“90后”大學生的特點,更促進了學生工作者之間的交流。 本文對高校輔導員和大學生兩個群體進行了調查與分析。調查結果顯示,目前輔導員博客出現(xiàn)了普及度不高、影響力不大、大學生參與不熱情、博客建設與博文撰寫的質量不佳等問題。同時,微博、微信等新媒體對博客的沖擊也不容忽視。 針對以上問題,本文還進行了加強高校輔導員博客建設及功效的對策分析,提出了要通過提高輔導員的博文寫作能力、豐富輔導員博客的欄目設置、提升輔導員博文的精彩程度、增強輔導員博客的宣傳推廣等途徑優(yōu)化高校輔導員博客的內容與形式,提出了高校輔導員博客教育作用的發(fā)揮得力于大學生的理想信念教育、網絡道德教育、心理健康教育和綜合素質教育的進一步加強。同時,還須強化對輔導員博客建設的管理,引入相應的激勵機制。 本文最后還嘗試對高校輔導員博客未來的發(fā)展趨勢和建設方向進行了預測。
[Abstract]:Instructor blog is an important network carrier of ideological and political education for college students. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the construction and efficacy of counselors' blog. This article takes the university counselor blog as the research object, has completed to its related concept definition, the characteristic summary, and uses the psychology humanism theory, The audience theory, social interaction theory and ideological and political education carrier theory in the communication theory analyze the theoretical basis of the instructor blog. College counselors blog covers a wide range of content, including ideological and political education, academic guidance and counseling, career planning, mental health education, second classroom experience, Daily management and business notification and teacher-student communication and emotional exchanges and other aspects. The functions of counselors blog are also very powerful, including educational guidance, management services, humanistic care, public opinion monitoring, information dissemination and network interaction. Counselors blog is not only a broad stage to show the personal charm and talent of counselors, but also a powerful platform to enhance the interaction between counselors and students. It conforms to the characteristics of post-1990 college students and promotes the communication between students and workers. This article has carried on the investigation and the analysis to the university counselor and the university student two groups. The results show that the popularity of counselors blog is not high, influence is not high, college students are not enthusiastic about participation, blog construction and blog writing quality is not good, and so on. At the same time, Weibo, WeChat and other new media to blog impact can not be ignored. In view of the above problems, this article also carries on the countermeasure analysis to strengthen the university counselors blog construction and the function, proposed to improve the instructor's blog writing ability, enriches the instructor blog column setting, Improve the wonderful degree of counselors blog, enhance the propaganda and promotion of counselors blog, optimize the content and form of college counselors blog, and put forward that the role of college counselors blog education is due to the ideal and belief education of college students. Network moral education, mental health education and comprehensive quality education to further strengthen. At the same time, we should strengthen the management of counselor blog construction and introduce the corresponding incentive mechanism. Finally, this paper tries to predict the future development trend and construction direction of college counselors blog.
