高校顯性德育與隱性德育的沖突與調(diào)和

【摘要】:摘要:高校存在兩種德育形式,顯性德育和隱性德育。從價值觀角度分析,他們分別代表了社會對大學(xué)生的價值期許和大學(xué)生在實(shí)際生活中形成的道德取向,兩者既和諧一致,又存在沖突、背離的可能。顯性德育與隱性德育的沖突反映了高校應(yīng)然德育和實(shí)然德育的沖突,即大學(xué)生應(yīng)然價值觀和實(shí)然價值觀的沖突。從價值觀結(jié)構(gòu)及其在受教育者身上的映射來看,這些沖突主要包括主體定位的價值沖突、社會秩序觀念的沖突、首位價值確立的沖突以及價值踐行手段和選擇的沖突。我國高校過分依賴顯性德育,而忽視了其本身隱性德育影響的功能,缺乏對隱性德育的設(shè)計(jì)和控制,導(dǎo)致隱性德育產(chǎn)生與顯性德育相反的作用力,造成高校顯性德育與隱性德育沖突。本文從顯性德育向理想與人性回歸,隱性德育環(huán)境和資源的打造兩方面入手,探討顯性德育與隱性德育的調(diào)和。一方面要尊重受教育者的主體地位和個體化特征,注重發(fā)展以情感為核心的道德意應(yīng)能力和道德動機(jī)系統(tǒng),構(gòu)建生活化、層次化的德育目標(biāo)與內(nèi)容;另一方面,則應(yīng)努力打造高校主隱文化、重建大學(xué)精神家園,推進(jìn)大學(xué)章程制定、確立現(xiàn)代大學(xué)保障制度,通過挖掘教育者隱性德育潛能、實(shí)現(xiàn)全員德育模式。
[Abstract]:Abstract: there are two types of moral education in colleges and universities: explicit moral education and implicit moral education. From the point of view of values, they represent the social expectation of value for college students and the moral orientation formed by college students in real life. They are both harmonious and consistent, and they may conflict and deviate from each other. The conflict between explicit moral education and implicit moral education reflects the conflict between the ought moral education and the real moral education in colleges and universities, that is, the conflict between the college students' ought values and the real values. From the point of view of the structure of values and their mapping to the educatee, these conflicts mainly include the conflicts of the orientation of the subject, the concept of social order, the conflict of the establishment of the first value and the conflict of the means and choices of value practice. Colleges and universities in our country rely too much on explicit moral education, but neglect the function of its own implicit moral education influence, and lack the design and control of recessive moral education, which leads to the opposite force of implicit moral education and explicit moral education. The conflict between explicit moral education and implicit moral education in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the harmony between explicit moral education and implicit moral education from two aspects: the return of explicit moral education to ideal and human nature, the establishment of implicit moral education environment and the creation of resources. On the one hand, we should respect the main position and individualized characteristics of the educatee, pay attention to the development of the moral response ability and moral motivation system with emotion as the core, and construct the objective and content of the moral education with life and hierarchy; on the other hand, We should make great efforts to build the main hidden culture, rebuild the spiritual homeland of the university, push forward the constitution of the university, establish the modern university security system, and realize the moral education mode of the whole staff by tapping the hidden moral potential of the educator.
