【摘要】：近60年的發(fā)展，核工業(yè)形成了“事業(yè)高于一切，，責(zé)任重于一切，嚴(yán)細(xì)融于一切，進(jìn)取成就一切”的核工業(yè)精神。核工業(yè)精神是核工業(yè)人的向心力、凝聚力、持久力和共同意志的意識(shí)形態(tài)總和，是對(duì)中華民族精神的繼承和弘揚(yáng)，又是時(shí)代精神在核工業(yè)中的反映，是核工業(yè)人奉獻(xiàn)給中華民族的寶貴精神財(cái)富。 近年來(lái)，我國(guó)的核工業(yè)面臨自主創(chuàng)新和核安全的挑戰(zhàn)，黨和國(guó)家對(duì)核工業(yè)有了更高的要求和期望。核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生是未來(lái)核工業(yè)的精英，是實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)核工業(yè)由大變強(qiáng)的希望所在，對(duì)核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行核工業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)，是為了響應(yīng)黨和國(guó)家的號(hào)召，是對(duì)核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育的重要任務(wù)之一，是針對(duì)核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)和就業(yè)方向，進(jìn)行一次意義深刻的職業(yè)道德教育，為核工業(yè)高素質(zhì)人才培養(yǎng)奠定良好的思想基礎(chǔ)。 全文圍繞核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生核工業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)這個(gè)主題展開(kāi)闡述，共兩個(gè)部分，第一部分是引言，第二部分是正文，分為四章。引言部分，介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究的意義、研究的基本思路和方法、主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第一章是核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)核工業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)的概述。本章節(jié)對(duì)核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程劃分五個(gè)階段，界定了核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生核工業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)的相關(guān)概念，闡述了核工業(yè)精神的內(nèi)涵和實(shí)質(zhì)，分析了核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生核工業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)的必要性。第二章是核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生核工業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及分析。本章第一節(jié)歸納了核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生核工業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)的主要成績(jī)和主要問(wèn)題，第二節(jié)是分析了核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生核工業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)存在問(wèn)題的原因。第三章闡述了核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生核工業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)的主要內(nèi)容，包括愛(ài)國(guó)主義培養(yǎng)、責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)、嚴(yán)細(xì)作風(fēng)培養(yǎng)和創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)四個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容。第四章探討了核類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生核工業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)的途徑，主要從思想政治教育的主渠道作用、校園文化建設(shè)的導(dǎo)向作用、社會(huì)實(shí)踐功能三個(gè)層面進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:In the past 60 years, the nuclear industry has formed the nuclear industrial spirit of "the cause is above all, the responsibility is the most important, the strict integration is everything, and the enterprising achievement is all". The nuclear industrial spirit is the total ideological sum of the centripetal force, cohesion, persistence and common will of the nuclear industrialists, the inheritance and promotion of the spirit of the Chinese nation, and the reflection of the spirit of the times in the nuclear industry. It is the valuable spiritual wealth that the nuclear industrialists dedicate to the Chinese nation. In recent years, the nuclear industry of our country faces the challenge of independent innovation and nuclear safety. Nuclear major college students are the elite of nuclear industry in the future and hope to realize the great transformation of nuclear industry in our country. The purpose of cultivating the nuclear industry spirit of nuclear major college students is to respond to the call of the Party and the country. It is one of the important tasks of ideological and political education for nuclear major college students. It is a profound professional ethics education aimed at the characteristics and employment direction of nuclear major college students. For the nuclear industry to lay a good ideological foundation for the cultivation of high-quality personnel. The thesis focuses on the theme of nuclear industry spirit cultivation for nuclear majors. It consists of two parts: the first part is the introduction, the second part is the text, which is divided into four chapters. In the foreword, the author introduces the current research situation, the significance of the research, the basic ideas and methods of the research, and the main innovation points at home and abroad. The first chapter is a summary of the cultivation of nuclear industry spirit in nuclear major universities. This chapter divides the development process of nuclear specialty into five stages, defines the related concepts of nuclear industry spirit cultivation of nuclear major college students, and expounds the connotation and essence of nuclear industry spirit. This paper analyzes the necessity of cultivating the nuclear industry spirit of nuclear major college students. The second chapter is the current situation and analysis of nuclear industry spirit cultivation of nuclear major college students. The first section of this chapter summarizes the main achievements and main problems of nuclear industry spirit cultivation of nuclear major college students. The second section is to analyze the causes of the nuclear industry spirit cultivation problems of nuclear major college students. The third chapter expounds the main contents of nuclear industry spirit cultivation of nuclear major college students, including patriotism cultivation, responsibility consciousness cultivation, strict style training and innovation spirit cultivation. The fourth chapter discusses the ways to cultivate the nuclear industry spirit of nuclear college students, mainly from three aspects: the main channel of ideological and political education, the guiding role of campus culture construction, and the function of social practice.
