【摘要】：英國高等教育自發(fā)秩序典型地表現(xiàn)為"學(xué)術(shù)自由、高校自治",這是高校不可或缺的價(jià)值尺度。本文旨在分析英國高等教育自發(fā)秩序的特征及表現(xiàn)形式,提出培育和規(guī)范我國高校教育自發(fā)秩序的對策,對進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)我國高等教育改革具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The spontaneous order of higher education in Britain is typically characterized by academic freedom and university autonomy, which is an indispensable value criterion for colleges and universities. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the characteristics and manifestations of the spontaneous order of higher education in Britain, and to put forward the countermeasures of cultivating and standardizing the spontaneous order of higher education in our country, which is of great practical significance to further promote the reform of higher education in our country.
