大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:吃苦耐勞對于每一個人,尤其對于大學(xué)生來說,是必須具備的基本品質(zhì)之一。當(dāng)前,大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)缺失已是一個不爭的事實(shí),更是一個不容忽視的現(xiàn)實(shí)。吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)是大學(xué)生內(nèi)在意志品質(zhì)最外在的表現(xiàn),也是當(dāng)前素質(zhì)教育中最為忽視的、最為缺乏的教育,而隨著社會的不斷向前發(fā)展,更是越來越凸顯其社會價(jià)值。不得不引起我們的反思“大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)”到底該如何實(shí)施?與哪些教育行動密切相關(guān)?如何提高教育的實(shí)效性等問題。 中華民族自古以來就以吃苦耐勞、勤勞勇敢而著稱。從最初的大禹治水到如今的艱苦奮斗,歷經(jīng)五千年文明的發(fā)展歷史,吃苦耐勞思想不斷的被豐富。江澤民同志告誡我們“一個國家、一個民族,如果不提倡艱苦奮斗、勤儉建國,人們只想在前人創(chuàng)造的物質(zhì)文明成果上坐享其成、貪圖享樂、不圖進(jìn)取,那末,這樣的國家,這樣的民族,是毫無希望的,沒有不走向衰落的”[1]。隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)步和社會文明的發(fā)展,吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)在當(dāng)今社會中越來越凸顯其時代價(jià)值。而今日之大學(xué)生是建設(shè)明日之祖國大業(yè)的中流砥柱,吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)既是時代對大學(xué)生提出的客觀要求,又是大學(xué)生自身全面健康發(fā)展的切實(shí)需要,是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生成才的必由之路和基本條件。因此,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)培養(yǎng),是整個社會的當(dāng)務(wù)之急,,也是大學(xué)生成長成才的迫切需要,因而必須提上高校思想道德教育的日程。 本文針對當(dāng)前大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)缺失這一現(xiàn)實(shí)課題,在理論與實(shí)踐的結(jié)合上,從梳理歸納吃苦耐勞的基本理論著手,探討了吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)對大學(xué)生成長成才的重要作用,并通過對“人的全面發(fā)展”、“需要層次理論”等理論的論述,得出了對大學(xué)生實(shí)施吃苦耐勞教育的必要性及其可能性,進(jìn)而在分析大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)缺失的主要表現(xiàn)與原因基礎(chǔ)之上,探索性的提出“實(shí)施以體驗(yàn)和情感生成為基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)校吃苦耐勞教育”的策略研究,系統(tǒng)性、針對性、現(xiàn)實(shí)性、實(shí)踐性的對大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行了綜合探討。本文共分為四個部分。 第一部分吃苦耐勞的理論的綜合概述。這一部分著重闡述了吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)的內(nèi)涵以及大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)的基本內(nèi)涵,同時通過對中國古代吃苦耐勞思想以及將吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)當(dāng)作基礎(chǔ)教育的國外思想進(jìn)行了分別剖析,進(jìn)而初步厘清了大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的理論基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞教育的必要性及其可能性的論述。這一部分對大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞教育的必要性和可能性進(jìn)行了理論上的論證。大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的必要性,表現(xiàn)在兩個方面,一是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興對大學(xué)生提出的客觀要求,二是大學(xué)生自身全面健康發(fā)展的迫切需要。大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的可能性則依存于“人的全面發(fā)展”、“需要層次理論”以及吃苦耐勞教育環(huán)境的改善等。 第三部分大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)缺失的主要表現(xiàn)及其成因分析。這一部分首先對大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)缺失的主要表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了描述和概括,重點(diǎn)指出大學(xué)生在生活、學(xué)習(xí)、就業(yè)三個方面存在的問題。文章認(rèn)為,大學(xué)生受教學(xué)校的制約性、大學(xué)生受教家庭的制約性、大學(xué)生受教內(nèi)容的制約性以及大學(xué)生受教社會的制約性是造成大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)缺失的重要原因。 第四部分完善大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)的對策。論文認(rèn)為,大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)是一個長期、復(fù)雜、艱巨的系統(tǒng)工程。首先,它需要思想道德教育自身的不斷探索與變革,找出一條切實(shí)與大學(xué)生身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn)相吻合的可行之路。本文提出“實(shí)施以體驗(yàn)和情感生成為基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)校吃苦耐勞教育”的方法,并分別從理論和實(shí)踐方面進(jìn)行闡述,提出了一些可行性措施。其次,構(gòu)建一個良好的外部吃苦耐勞培養(yǎng)環(huán)境。最后,對吃苦耐勞教育加以整合,將大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)與思想道德教育教育內(nèi)、外部各個方面統(tǒng)一起來,才能相得益彰,形成良性循環(huán),共同為培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生吃苦耐勞品質(zhì)發(fā)揮整體效益。

On the basis of the combination of theory and practice, this paper, based on the combination of theory and practice, discusses the important role of the quality of hardworking and hard work on the growth of college students, and through the theory of "the overall development of human beings" and "need the theory of hierarchy of needs".
