高等教育中的階層差異與教育機會均等研究

【摘要】:教育均等是現(xiàn)代教育提出的新理念,高等教育是我們國家發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),當然高等教育機會均等其包含的內(nèi)容也是非常的豐富的,其中對于學生自身及家庭的各個情況都進行了詳細的描述,包括他的家庭背景、文化背景、政治背景等等。高等教育機會均等同時也是一個動態(tài)變化的過程,根據(jù)所處時期的不同其表現(xiàn)也不一樣,其對各時期的教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展和社會科技的進步起著重要的作用。高等教育機會均等使得社會中各個層次的人都有上大學的機會,賦予了廣大的百姓受教育的權(quán)利,不過對于這一制度從提出到實施一直以來都是倍受爭論。教育是社會基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)項目中的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),受教育的程度很多時候決定了一個人的一生道路,而教育均等是社會公平原則的基礎(chǔ),體現(xiàn)了社會中最大的公平之處。要想使得國家科技得到快速持久的發(fā)展,構(gòu)建和諧社會就必須將教育公平制度推行下去,把教育當成國家建設(shè)的頭等大事。高等教育機會均等是教育公平中的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),要想實現(xiàn)教育公平化就必須推行高等教育機會均等的制度。當然近些年來我國政府對于教育的重視程度在逐年加大,為了培養(yǎng)更多的人才,高校也在持續(xù)的擴招,當然伴隨而來的問題也是非常的多的。例如經(jīng)常有人會問到底是誰上了大學?而為什么有一部分人可以上大學,另一部分人卻上不了大學?僅僅是因為智力方面的原因?教育公平化就是為了使所有人都可以上學,那現(xiàn)代的教育制度是不是導致教育差距越來越大呢?也正是這些問題的存在帶給了人們無限的遐想,本文針對上述的這些問題,運用了多種方法對上述的問題進行了仔細的解答。本文分為五個部分,第一部分對課題研究背景和研究意義進行了分析,同時對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的研究狀況進行了綜述;第二部分介紹本文的相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)和分析高考的功能;第三部分分析了階層差異對高考的影響,并對階層差異與高考均等之間的關(guān)系進行深入的分析;第四部分結(jié)合階層差異對高考的影響提出相應(yīng)的解決高考教育均等的措施,從補償措施和救助體系兩方面來討論,這是本文的重點內(nèi)容;第五部分從階層差異和高考均等這兩個方面對全文進行了總結(jié),并作出一些期望。
[Abstract]:Equality in education is a new concept put forward in modern education, and higher education is the basis for the development of our country. Of course, equality of opportunity in higher education also contains very rich contents. Among them, the students themselves and their families are described in detail, including his family background, cultural background, political background and so on. Equality of opportunity in higher education is also a dynamic process. According to the different periods, its performance is also different, which plays an important role in the development of education and the progress of social science and technology in each period. The equal opportunity of higher education makes people in all levels of society have the opportunity to go to university and endow the masses with the right to receive education. However, this system has been controversial since it was put forward and implemented. Education is an important link in the construction of social infrastructure. The degree of education often determines a person's life path, and the equality of education is the basis of the principle of social equity, which embodies the greatest fairness in society. In order to make the national science and technology develop rapidly and persistently, the construction of harmonious society must carry out the educational fair system and regard education as the most important task of national construction. The equality of opportunities in higher education is an important link in the process of educational fairness, and the system of equal opportunities of higher education must be carried out in order to realize the equalization of education. Of course, in recent years, our government has increased the importance of education year by year, in order to train more talents, colleges and universities are also continuing to expand the enrollment, of course, the accompanying problems are also very many. For example, people often ask who went to college? Why can some people go to college, while others can't go to college? Just for intellectual reasons? The goal of equalizing education is to make it possible for everyone to go to school. Does the modern education system lead to a widening gap in education? It is the existence of these questions that brings people infinite reverie. This paper uses various methods to solve these questions carefully. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part analyzes the background and significance of the research, and summarizes the related research situation at home and abroad, the second part introduces the theoretical basis of this paper and analyzes the functions of the college entrance examination. The third part analyzes the influence of the stratum difference on the college entrance examination, and analyzes the relationship between the stratum difference and the equality of the college entrance examination. The fourth part puts forward the corresponding measures to solve the equality of education in the college entrance examination combined with the influence of the stratum difference on the college entrance examination. This is the main content of this paper from two aspects of compensation measures and relief system. The fifth part summarizes the whole paper from two aspects: stratum difference and the equality of college entrance examination and makes some expectations.
