印度高?萍紕(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)策略探析

【摘要】:為實現(xiàn)2020年國家愿景,印度政府大力提倡高校開展科技創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)教育,努力推進政府、高校、企業(yè)與個人開展協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。本文基于高校案例,分析和探討了印度高等院校通過調(diào)整、落實科技創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案而獲得的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,包括取得的顯著成效以及面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與問題,為我國相關(guān)領域的人才培養(yǎng)提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the national vision of 2020, the Indian government strongly advocates colleges and universities to carry out scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship training and education, and strive to promote the government, universities, enterprises and individuals to carry out collaborative innovation. Based on the case study of universities, this paper analyzes and discusses the relevant experiences gained by Indian institutions of higher learning through adjusting and implementing the program of cultivating scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurial talents, including the remarkable achievements, challenges and problems faced by them. To provide reference and reference for the training of talents in related fields of our country.
