論大學(xué)生道德評(píng)價(jià)能力的培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:道德評(píng)價(jià)是人類道德活動(dòng)的重要組成部分,對(duì)個(gè)體道德品質(zhì)的形成與發(fā)展,對(duì)人與人之間關(guān)系的協(xié)調(diào),對(duì)社會(huì)道德風(fēng)尚的改善,對(duì)維護(hù)道德規(guī)范的功能,都具有重要的作用。大學(xué)生的道德評(píng)價(jià)能力就是其對(duì)特定思想和行為在道德價(jià)值上的知、情、意、信、行之五大反應(yīng)。對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行道德評(píng)價(jià)能力的培養(yǎng)就是指在大學(xué)生道德評(píng)價(jià)能力形成過(guò)程中,發(fā)揮高校教育的主導(dǎo)作用,結(jié)合家庭、社會(huì)等各方面要素形成教育合力,重視大學(xué)生的自我評(píng)價(jià)與自我教育,對(duì)大學(xué)生道德評(píng)價(jià)的知、情、意、信、行五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行全方位培養(yǎng),以提高大學(xué)生的道德評(píng)價(jià)能力,并將道德認(rèn)知轉(zhuǎn)化為道德行為習(xí)慣作為終極目標(biāo)。 當(dāng)前高校德育經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展,在理論研究和實(shí)際培養(yǎng)兩方面都取得一定成績(jī),但在對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行道德評(píng)價(jià)能力培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中還存在諸多問(wèn)題,道德評(píng)價(jià)教育理念不符合時(shí)代要求,道德評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法存在不足,道德評(píng)價(jià)教育體系不完善、方法單一、內(nèi)容滯后,導(dǎo)致部分大學(xué)生缺乏對(duì)道德評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)涵的基本認(rèn)識(shí),未能形成較好的道德評(píng)價(jià)能力。因此,我們必須要針對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生道德評(píng)價(jià)能力培養(yǎng)中存在的問(wèn)題,積極尋找對(duì)策方法有效解決,以求提高大學(xué)生的道德評(píng)價(jià)能力,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)其全面發(fā)展,,為社會(huì)主義事業(yè)培養(yǎng)合格的建設(shè)者和接班人。 本文系統(tǒng)考察了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于道德評(píng)價(jià)及道德評(píng)價(jià)能力培養(yǎng)的相關(guān)理論,主要探討了大學(xué)生道德評(píng)價(jià)能力培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵及其意義;大學(xué)生道德評(píng)價(jià)能力培養(yǎng)中存在的問(wèn)題及其原因;大學(xué)生道德評(píng)價(jià)能力培養(yǎng)的對(duì)策。 導(dǎo)言部分從理論意義和實(shí)踐意義上分別論述了本論文的選題意義,從道德評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、方法、對(duì)象等方面綜述古今中外的思想家們對(duì)道德評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題的基本看法,特別是具體分析了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生道德評(píng)價(jià)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,闡述了本論文的研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處。 第一部分主要是在綜合中外思想家對(duì)道德評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題研究的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出道德評(píng)價(jià)、大學(xué)生道德評(píng)價(jià)能力和大學(xué)生道德評(píng)價(jià)能力培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前高校思想道德教育的實(shí)際,從大學(xué)生自身發(fā)展和推動(dòng)社會(huì)進(jìn)步兩大方面總結(jié)出當(dāng)前對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行道德評(píng)價(jià)能力培養(yǎng)的意義:有利于提高大學(xué)生的道德素質(zhì),有利于促進(jìn)大學(xué)生人際關(guān)系的和諧,有利于弘揚(yáng)校園文化精神。 第二部分論述了當(dāng)前高校德育從整體上來(lái)看取得了一定的進(jìn)步,但是在道德評(píng)價(jià)能力培養(yǎng)方面仍然存在很多問(wèn)題,主要體現(xiàn)在缺乏科學(xué)的培養(yǎng)理念與方法。究其原因主要是因?yàn)楦咝5掠ぷ髟谝韵路矫媪Χ炔粔颍旱掠砟畈贿m應(yīng)時(shí)代的要求;道德評(píng)價(jià)能力培養(yǎng)缺失;道德評(píng)價(jià)教育體系不完善;道德評(píng)價(jià)教育方法不科學(xué)。除此之外,大學(xué)生自身價(jià)值觀的影響和社會(huì)因素也是造成上述問(wèn)題的原因。 第三部分,針對(duì)第二部分論述的問(wèn)題及原因,提出大學(xué)生道德評(píng)價(jià)能力培養(yǎng)的對(duì)策:首先,實(shí)現(xiàn)高校德育由重知識(shí)傳授向重能力培養(yǎng)的轉(zhuǎn)化,包括確立道德評(píng)價(jià)在德育體系中的重要地位、強(qiáng)化道德認(rèn)知能力的培養(yǎng)、實(shí)踐鍛煉提高道德評(píng)價(jià)行為能力;其次,引導(dǎo)樹(shù)立崇高的道德意識(shí)和正確的道德評(píng)價(jià)觀念,如注重正確價(jià)值觀教育、引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生確立自身的道德評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo)、學(xué)會(huì)寬容他人;再次,堅(jiān)持正確的道德評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和科學(xué)的道德評(píng)價(jià)方法,如提高分清善惡、辨別是非的能力、強(qiáng)調(diào)道德評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的集體主義原則、傳授科學(xué)的道德評(píng)價(jià)方法;最后,優(yōu)化大學(xué)生道德評(píng)價(jià)能力的培養(yǎng)環(huán)境,包括為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)造道德評(píng)價(jià)能力鍛煉的各種活動(dòng)和社會(huì)實(shí)踐條件、建設(shè)共同探討道德評(píng)價(jià)的校園文化、占領(lǐng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育新陣地。
[Abstract]:Moral evaluation is an important part of human moral activities. It plays an important role in the formation and development of individual moral quality, the coordination of the relationship between people and people, the improvement of the social morality and the maintenance of the function of moral norms. The moral evaluation of college students is the moral value of the moral evaluation of the specific thought and behavior. The cultivation of moral evaluation ability for college students means to play the leading role of college education in the process of forming moral evaluation ability of college students, to combine the factors of family and society to form educational resultant force, to pay attention to the self-evaluation and self-education of the students, and to evaluate the moral evaluation of the college students. In order to improve college students' moral evaluation ability, the ultimate goal is to raise the moral evaluation ability of college students and to transform moral cognition into moral behavior habits in five aspects.
At present, moral education in Colleges and universities has achieved certain achievements in two aspects: theoretical research and practical training, but there are still many problems in the process of moral evaluation of college students. Moral evaluation education concept does not conform to the requirements of the times, the standards and methods of moral evaluation are insufficient, and the moral evaluation education system is not perfect. The method is single and the content is lagging, which leads to some college students lack the basic understanding of the connotation of moral evaluation and fails to form a better moral evaluation ability. Therefore, we must aim at the problems existing in the cultivation of the current college students' moral evaluation ability and actively seek solutions to solve them, in order to improve the moral evaluation ability of college students. We should realize its comprehensive development and train qualified builders and successors for the cause of socialism.
This paper systematically investigates the related theories about moral evaluation and moral evaluation ability training at home and abroad, mainly discusses the connotation and significance of the cultivation of College Students' moral evaluation ability, the problems and the reasons for the cultivation of students' moral evaluation ability, and the Countermeasures for the ability training of College Students' Moral evaluation.
From the theoretical and practical significance, the introduction discusses the significance of the topic in this paper, and summarizes the basic views of the thinkers on moral evaluation from the aspects of the standards, methods and objects of moral evaluation, especially the current situation and existing problems of the cultivation of moral evaluation ability of college students. The research method and innovation of this paper.
The first part is to summarize the connotation of moral evaluation, the moral evaluation ability of college students and the cultivation of moral evaluation ability of college students on the basis of the study of moral evaluation by Chinese and foreign thinkers, and to sum up the two aspects of College Students' own development and promotion of social progress in combination with the actual practice of Ideological and moral education in Colleges and universities. The significance of cultivating the moral evaluation ability of college students is beneficial to improve the moral quality of college students, to promote the harmony of interpersonal relationship and to carry forward the spirit of campus culture.
The second part discusses that the current moral education in Colleges and universities has made certain progress from the whole, but there are still many problems in the cultivation of moral evaluation ability, which is mainly reflected in the lack of scientific training ideas and methods. The main reason is that the moral education in Colleges and universities is not strong enough: the moral concept is not suitable. The requirements of the generation, the lack of moral evaluation ability training, the imperfect moral evaluation education system and the unscientific methods of moral evaluation education are unscientific. In addition, the influence of College Students' own values and social factors are also the reasons for the above problems.
The third part, in view of the problems and reasons of the second part, put forward the Countermeasures for the cultivation of moral evaluation ability of college students: first, to realize the transformation of moral education from heavy knowledge to the training of heavy ability, including the importance of establishing moral evaluation in moral education system, strengthening the training of moral cognitive ability, and practice training to improve moral evaluation. Second, to guide the establishment of high moral consciousness and correct moral evaluation concept, such as paying attention to correct values education, guiding college students to establish their own moral evaluation goals, learning to tolerate others, and again, adhering to the correct moral evaluation standards and scientific moral evaluation methods, such as improving the distinction between good and evil and distinguishing right from wrong. Ability, emphasizing the collectivism principle of moral evaluation standard, imparting the scientific method of moral evaluation; finally, optimizing the training environment for college students' moral evaluation ability, including various activities and social practice conditions for creating moral evaluation ability for college students, building campus culture to jointly explore moral evaluation, and occupying a new network moral education.
