【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為第四媒體，因其具有傳播快捷、內(nèi)容海量、形式多樣等特點(diǎn)，已經(jīng)普及到社會(huì)的各行各業(yè)。高校作為信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量，網(wǎng)絡(luò)更是深入到師生的學(xué)習(xí)及生活之中，而且對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的思想政治教育帶來(lái)了很多的影響。一方面，網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播的快速、及時(shí)、互動(dòng)等優(yōu)勢(shì)，豐富了思想政治教育的資源，延伸了高校思想政治教育的視角和手段，為高校思想政治教育的推進(jìn)帶來(lái)了從未有過(guò)的活力；另一方面，網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展與普及對(duì)大學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)形成了巨大的影響，其中的消極方面賦予了高校思想政治教育工作更新、更高的要求。在這種形勢(shì)下，把高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育工作做好，已成為高校以及社會(huì)必須正視的問(wèn)題。本文旨在從網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育工作的指導(dǎo)思想、目標(biāo)、原則、內(nèi)容與手段等方面出發(fā)，通過(guò)完善高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育體系，進(jìn)一步做好新時(shí)期高校思想政治教育工作。 本文的組織結(jié)構(gòu)：本文主要由五部分組成。第一部分是引言部分，包括研究背景，，研究現(xiàn)狀及意義、研究思路與方法以及本文的創(chuàng)新之處等。第二部分是高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育體系概述，闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的內(nèi)涵及發(fā)展特點(diǎn)，并論述了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育體系的內(nèi)涵。第三部分高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育體系構(gòu)建的現(xiàn)狀，包括體系構(gòu)建的現(xiàn)有成果，以及高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思政教育體系存在的問(wèn)題，在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思政教育體系存在問(wèn)題的根源。第四部分是完善高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育體系的重要性和可行性，首先是體現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育時(shí)代性的需要，其次是引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生順利成長(zhǎng)成才的需要，第三是培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義偉大事業(yè)合格人才的需要。第五部分是完善高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育體系的對(duì)策，即完善體系的基本要求、確立高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育指導(dǎo)思想，明確高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育目標(biāo)，創(chuàng)新運(yùn)用高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育基本原則，拓展高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育內(nèi)容，改進(jìn)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育措施。
[Abstract]:As the fourth media, network has been widely used in various industries because of its characteristics of fast communication, mass content and various forms. As the backbone of the development of information technology, the network has deeply penetrated into the study and life of teachers and students, and has brought a lot of influence to the traditional ideological and political education. On the one hand, the rapid, timely and interactive advantages of network communication have enriched the resources of ideological and political education, extended the perspective and means of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and brought unprecedented vitality to the promotion of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. On the other hand, the development and popularization of the network has a great impact on the healthy growth of college students, and the negative aspects have given the ideological and political education in colleges and universities new and higher requirements. Under this situation, it has become a problem that colleges and universities and society must face squarely to do a good job of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The purpose of this paper is to improve the network ideological and political education system in order to do a good job in the ideological and political education in the new period. The purpose of this paper is to start from the guiding ideology, goal, principle, content and means of the network ideological and political education work in colleges and universities. The organizational structure of this paper: this paper mainly consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, including the research background, research status and significance, research ideas and methods, as well as the innovation of this paper. The second part is an overview of the network ideological and political education system in colleges and universities, expounds the connotation and development characteristics of the network ideological and political education, and discusses the connotation of the network ideological and political education system in colleges and universities. The third part is the status quo of the construction of the network ideological and political education system in colleges and universities, including the existing achievements of the construction of the system, as well as the problems existing in the network ideological and political education system in colleges and universities. On this basis, this paper expounds the root of the problems existing in the network ideological and political education system in colleges and universities. The fourth part is the importance and feasibility of perfecting the network ideological and political education system in colleges and universities. Firstly, it reflects the needs of the times of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and secondly, it is the need to guide college students to grow up smoothly. The third is the need to train qualified personnel for the great cause of socialism. The fifth part is the countermeasures to perfect the network ideological and political education system in colleges and universities, that is, to perfect the basic requirements of the system, to establish the guiding ideology of the network ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to clarify the goals of the network ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The basic principles of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities are innovated, the contents of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities are expanded, and the measures of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities are improved.
