【摘要】：自黨的十六屆三中全會(huì)明確提出以人為本為核心的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀以來，以人為本就被運(yùn)用到社會(huì)的方方面面。在以人為本構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的大背景下，高校教育也應(yīng)把以人為本貫徹落實(shí)到各項(xiàng)工作中。教育的目的本就和以人為本為核心的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的本質(zhì)是相一致的，可現(xiàn)如今我國(guó)高校教育中還存在一些忽視“人”的現(xiàn)象，究其原因就是以人為本在高校教育中沒有得到足夠的重視。因此，研究以人為本對(duì)高校教育的創(chuàng)新就有重要的理論意義，其有助于讓更多的人了解以人為本的內(nèi)涵及價(jià)值，有助于進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)高校教育關(guān)于以人為本的研究，有助于鞏固大學(xué)生在高校教育中的主體性地位。如何在高校教育和管理中全面貫徹落實(shí)以人為本的思想，就成為一個(gè)重要的問題，而本文的研究也因此具有相應(yīng)的理論和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。 本文把以人為本思想作為理論基礎(chǔ)，針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校教育中存在的忽視“人”的現(xiàn)狀，從以下三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究論述：第一部分主要對(duì)以人為本思想的歷史淵源和科學(xué)內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行概述，，進(jìn)而闡述了在我國(guó)高校教育中堅(jiān)持以人為本的必要性。第二部分分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校教育中存在忽視“人”的主要問題，進(jìn)而從教育自身和社會(huì)兩方面分析產(chǎn)生問題的主要原因。第三部分論述了以人為本的我國(guó)高校教育創(chuàng)新的策略。針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校教育中存在的問題和原因，堅(jiān)持在高校各個(gè)方面貫徹落實(shí)以人為本的指導(dǎo)思想并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。首先轉(zhuǎn)變教育理念，樹立以人為本的教育教學(xué)理念；其次建立以人為本的教育教學(xué)體系；再次，創(chuàng)建民主的教育管理環(huán)境，真正讓大學(xué)生有權(quán)利參與高校管理；最后，構(gòu)建人性化的校園環(huán)境，建設(shè)和諧的校園。本文通過從理論上弄清以人為本的內(nèi)涵，揭示出傳統(tǒng)高校教育中存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，將以人為本思想與高校教育中各個(gè)方面相融合，為當(dāng)前高校的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新提出一些建設(shè)性的意見。
[Abstract]:Since the third Plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the scientific development concept of "people-oriented" as the core, people-oriented has been applied to all aspects of society. Under the background of people-oriented construction of harmonious society, colleges and universities should carry out people-oriented education in all kinds of work. The purpose of education is consistent with the essence of the scientific development view with the core of people-oriented, but nowadays there are still some phenomena of neglecting "human" in the education of colleges and universities in our country. The reason is that people-oriented education in colleges and universities has not been enough attention. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance to study people-oriented education innovation in colleges and universities, which helps more people to understand the connotation and value of people-oriented, and helps to further promote the research on people-oriented education in colleges and universities. It is helpful to consolidate the subjective position of college students in higher education. How to carry out the people-oriented thought in the education and management of colleges and universities is an important problem, and the research in this paper has the corresponding theoretical and practical value. This article regards the people-oriented thought as the theoretical basis, aiming at the present situation of neglecting the "human" in the education of our country's colleges and universities. This paper discusses the following three aspects: the first part summarizes the historical origin and scientific connotation of people-oriented thought, and then expounds the necessity of adhering to people-oriented in the education of colleges and universities in our country. The second part analyzes the main problems of neglecting "human" in the current higher education in our country, and then analyzes the main causes of the problems from the aspects of education itself and society. The third part discusses the strategy of educational innovation in colleges and universities. In view of the problems and reasons existing in the education of colleges and universities in our country at present, we insist on carrying out the guiding ideology of people-oriented in all aspects of colleges and universities and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. First of all, to change the educational concept and establish a people-oriented education and teaching concept; secondly, to establish a people-oriented education and teaching system; third, to create a democratic educational management environment, so that students have the right to participate in the management of colleges and universities; finally, Construct humanized campus environment and build harmonious campus. By making clear the connotation of "people-oriented" in theory, this paper reveals the weak link in traditional university education, and combines the thought of "people-oriented" with all aspects of higher education. Put forward some constructive suggestions for the development and innovation of colleges and universities.
