【摘要】：社會不斷發(fā)展進步,科技創(chuàng)新的地位也不斷提高,提升科技創(chuàng)新能力、發(fā)展知識經(jīng)濟提升可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,受到了前所未有的重視。對吉林省高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力進行研究,分析掌握吉林省高校科技創(chuàng)新能力的現(xiàn)狀,能夠及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,合理配置高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新資源,提升吉林省高等學(xué)校科技創(chuàng)新能力,并為科技管理或有關(guān)部門進行決策提供依據(jù)。 本文運用因子分析法、文獻法和比較分析的方法來研究吉林省高校科技創(chuàng)新能力。通過對吉林省高等學(xué)�？萍紕�(chuàng)新投入產(chǎn)出的研究,進一步明確吉林省高等學(xué)校創(chuàng)新能力構(gòu)成要素。然后依據(jù)吉林省實際情況設(shè)立評價指標(biāo)體系。采用因子分析法對吉林省高等學(xué)�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力進行了評價,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、尋找原因,提出有針對性的對策和建議以提高吉林省高等學(xué)�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力。 本文共有五章,第三、四、五章為重點部分。第一章前言部分介紹了選題背景、研究目的與意義和其他學(xué)者的研究綜述,并對相關(guān)概念進行了界定。第二章通過對吉林省高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新投入和產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù)的研究,掌握吉林省高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀。第三章建立吉林省高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力評價指標(biāo)體系,使用因子分析法對吉林省高等學(xué)校科技創(chuàng)新能力進行評價,縱向分析吉林省近十年科技創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展情況、橫向比較吉林省科技創(chuàng)新能力在全國的水平。.第四章總結(jié)吉林省高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新中存在的問題。第五章提出在人力資源配置、經(jīng)費使用、提高科技創(chuàng)新能力等方面的改進方法和建議,得出結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of society, the status of scientific and technological innovation has been constantly improved, and the ability of scientific and technological innovation and the development of knowledge economy to promote sustainable development have received unprecedented attention. This paper studies the scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities in Jilin Province, analyzes and grasps the present situation of the scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities in Jilin Province, finds out the problems in time, reasonably allocates the scientific and technological innovation resources of colleges and universities, and promotes the scientific and technological innovation And for the scientific and technological management or relevant departments to provide the basis for decision-making. This paper uses factor analysis method, literature method and comparative analysis method to study the scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities in Jilin Province. Through the research on the input-output of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities in Jilin Province, the elements of innovation ability of colleges and universities in Jilin Province are further clarified. Then set up the evaluation index system according to the actual situation of Jilin Province. This paper evaluates the scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities in Jilin Province by factor analysis, finds out the problems, finds out the causes, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities in Jilin Province. There are five chapters in this paper, the third, fourth and fifth chapters as the key part. The first chapter introduces the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, and other scholars, and defines the related concepts. The second chapter studies the input and output data of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities in Jilin Province, and grasps the present situation of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities in Jilin Province. The third chapter establishes the evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities in Jilin Province, evaluates the scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities in Jilin Province by factor analysis, and analyzes the development of scientific and technological innovation ability in Jilin Province in the past ten years. The horizontal comparison Jilin Province science and technology innovation ability in the national level. The fourth chapter summarizes the existing problems in scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities in Jilin Province. The fifth chapter puts forward the improvement methods and suggestions in the aspects of human resource allocation, use of funds, and improving the ability of science and technology innovation, and draws a conclusion.
