【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情工作日益成為高校思想政治工作的重要內(nèi)容之一,提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情工作效率、保證網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情工作質(zhì)量對(duì)于高校的健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情工作的任務(wù)包括輿情信息的搜集整理、分析匯總、酌情處理和及時(shí)上報(bào)四項(xiàng)內(nèi)容。當(dāng)前,高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情工作中存在責(zé)任主體不明確、管理觀念落后等問題。為解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情工作中存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情工作的實(shí)效性,高校輿情工作應(yīng)該進(jìn)一步建立健全工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)制、隊(duì)伍保障機(jī)制、輿情預(yù)警機(jī)制和干預(yù)引導(dǎo)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The work of network public opinion is becoming one of the important contents of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of network public opinion work and ensure the quality of network public opinion work for the healthy development of colleges and universities. The task of network public opinion work in colleges and universities includes collecting and arranging public opinion information, analyzing and collecting, handling and reporting four contents in time. At present, there are some problems in the work of network public opinion in colleges and universities, such as unclear responsibility subject and backward management concept. In order to solve the practical problems existing in the network public opinion work and improve the effectiveness of the network public opinion work, the university public opinion work should further establish and improve the work leadership mechanism, team security mechanism, public opinion early warning mechanism and intervention guidance mechanism.
