【摘要】:在社會(huì)體制不斷變革,高等教育改革日趨深化,法制建設(shè)日趨完善的大背景下,高校學(xué)生工作面臨著新問(wèn)題、新挑戰(zhàn)。在學(xué)生公寓管理領(lǐng)域,“學(xué)生社區(qū)”應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。學(xué)生社區(qū)除為大學(xué)生提供更為全面的生活服務(wù)外,,主要是更好的將學(xué)生的生活納入到學(xué)校育人的過(guò)程當(dāng)中。如何更好地發(fā)揮學(xué)生社區(qū)的育人作用、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的主體性,是當(dāng)前學(xué)生工作探討的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容之一,也是本研究的主要組成部分。 學(xué)生的主體性是人類(lèi)主體意識(shí)覺(jué)醒的產(chǎn)物,學(xué)生的主體性不僅僅是一個(gè)教育的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)也是影響社會(huì)發(fā)展的重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。我國(guó)的教育研究者從教學(xué)等多個(gè)方面討論了對(duì)學(xué)生主體性的培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題,但是在實(shí)踐過(guò)程中,對(duì)大學(xué)生主體性的培養(yǎng)成效仍不令人滿(mǎn)意。對(duì)學(xué)生主體性的培養(yǎng)是全方位、多角度的,僅僅局限在課堂上視野不夠開(kāi)闊,應(yīng)當(dāng)貫穿于日常生活的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)當(dāng)中,使學(xué)生時(shí)時(shí)刻刻都能感受到主體性教育。 學(xué)生社區(qū)日益成為高校育人的組成部分,它在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主體性方面具備特有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特殊的地位。這既是解決高校擴(kuò)招后學(xué)生人數(shù)的增加帶來(lái)的學(xué)生公寓管理力度減弱的有效途徑,又為通過(guò)實(shí)踐培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主體性、增強(qiáng)學(xué)生主體意識(shí)提供了一個(gè)難得的場(chǎng)所。然而,由于學(xué)生社區(qū)還屬于新事物,受固有思維和模式的影響,在許多方面還不完善,在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主體性方面還存在不足,與理想目標(biāo)存在較大距離。本研究就是針對(duì)現(xiàn)有學(xué)生社區(qū)對(duì)學(xué)生主體性培養(yǎng)不充分這一問(wèn)題展開(kāi)研究。論文在對(duì)學(xué)生主體性和學(xué)生社區(qū)等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)梳理為問(wèn)題的分析與解決奠定理論基礎(chǔ),試圖從理論層面探討學(xué)生社區(qū)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主體性的充分性與必要性、特色與優(yōu)勢(shì),歸納出學(xué)生主體性劃分為自主性、主動(dòng)性、創(chuàng)新性以及社會(huì)適應(yīng)性四個(gè)維度,并對(duì)我國(guó)學(xué)生社區(qū)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主體性的情況進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,通過(guò)實(shí)證調(diào)查了解學(xué)生社區(qū)在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主體性方面的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問(wèn)題并找尋其原因,尋求在學(xué)生社區(qū)內(nèi)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主體性的更為合理的方式,使學(xué)生社區(qū)在學(xué)生主體性培養(yǎng)方面得以發(fā)揮更大的作用。 在學(xué)生社區(qū)中,如何能夠更好地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的主體性是本文討論的重點(diǎn),也是本文的難點(diǎn)。促進(jìn)大學(xué)生積極參與到學(xué)生社區(qū)的管理以及各種各樣的活動(dòng)之中,在這其中不斷提高自己的主體意識(shí),促進(jìn)自我的發(fā)展。學(xué)生社區(qū)對(duì)大學(xué)生主體性的培養(yǎng)具有至關(guān)重要的意義,發(fā)揮著不可代替的作用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the constant change of social system, the deepening of higher education reform and the improvement of legal system, the work of college students is facing new problems and challenges. In the field of student apartment management, "student community" came into being. In addition to providing more comprehensive living services for college students, the student community mainly brings students' life into the process of education. How to better play the role of educating students' community and cultivate students' subjectivity is one of the key contents of the current student work, and also the main component of this study. The subjectivity of students is the product of the awakening of human subjective consciousness. The subjectivity of students is not only a question of education, but also a major practical problem affecting the development of society. Educational researchers in our country have discussed the cultivation of students' subjectivity from many aspects, such as teaching, but in the process of practice, the effect on the cultivation of students' subjectivity is still unsatisfactory. The cultivation of students' subjectivity is omni-directional and multi-angle, only limited in the classroom field of vision is not open enough, should run through every link of daily life, so that students can feel the subjective education all the time. Student community is increasingly becoming an integral part of higher education, and it has special advantages and special status in cultivating students' subjectivity. This is not only an effective way to solve the problem of weakening the management of students' apartments brought by the increase of the number of students, but also provides a rare place for cultivating students' subjectivity and enhancing students' subjective consciousness through practice. However, because the student community still belongs to the new thing, is affected by the inherent thought and the pattern, in many aspects is not perfect, still has the insufficiency in the cultivation student subjectivity aspect, and has the big distance with the ideal goal. This research is aimed at the problem that the students' subjectivity training is not sufficient in the existing student community. On the basis of defining related concepts such as student subjectivity and student community, the paper lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis and solution of problems through literature review. This paper attempts to discuss the adequacy and necessity, characteristics and advantages of cultivating students' subjectivity in the student community from a theoretical perspective, and concludes that the student's subjectivity is divided into four dimensions: autonomy, initiative, innovation and social adaptability. It also analyzes the situation of cultivating students' subjectivity in the student community of our country, and finds out the existing problems and the reasons through the empirical investigation to understand the present situation of the student community in cultivating students' subjectivity. To seek a more reasonable way to cultivate students' subjectivity in the student community, so that the student community can play a greater role in the cultivation of students' subjectivity. In the student community, how to better cultivate students' subjectivity is the focus of this paper, but also the difficulty of this paper. To promote college students to actively participate in the management of the student community and various activities, in which constantly improve their own awareness of the subject, to promote the development of their own. Student community plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of college students'subjectivity.
