新一代大學(xué)生群體公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:Perry提出的公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)理論擴(kuò)展了對(duì)人行為的"規(guī)范"和"情感"解釋,在國(guó)外逐漸成為公共部門激勵(lì)理論研究的熱點(diǎn)。而隨著成長(zhǎng)于我國(guó)改革開放環(huán)境的新一代大學(xué)生群體正逐漸成為各類公共部門的主力軍,有必要對(duì)該群體的公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)及相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。本研究修訂并利用PSM量表對(duì)某部屬高校新一代大學(xué)生群體進(jìn)行調(diào)查,結(jié)果顯示:PSM與家庭結(jié)構(gòu)、社團(tuán)管理者經(jīng)歷、成長(zhǎng)地、年級(jí)、專業(yè)及職業(yè)意向等因素相關(guān);而且低PSM群體行為的從眾程度高于高PSM群體的行為;在促進(jìn)其工作積極性的激勵(lì)要素偏好上,低PSM組更為偏好圍繞當(dāng)下工作的短期傾向的激勵(lì)要素,而高PSM組人群相對(duì)更偏好圍繞未來發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)期傾向的激勵(lì)要素。
[Abstract]:Perry's theory of motivation for public service expands the explanation of "norm" and "emotion" of human behavior, and gradually becomes the focus of research on motivation theory of public sector abroad. With the new generation of college students growing up in the environment of reform and opening up in China, they are gradually becoming the main force of all kinds of public departments. It is necessary to make an empirical study on the motivation of public service and the related influencing factors of this group. This study revised and used the PSM scale to investigate the new generation of college students in a subordinate university. The results showed that: PSM was related to family structure, community manager's experience, growing place, grade, professional and professional intention and so on. And the behavior of low PSM group is higher than that of high PSM group. The high PSM group preferred the long-term propensity to develop in the future.
