【摘要】：自新中國(guó)成立以來(lái),來(lái)華留學(xué)生教育一直是我國(guó)高等教育事業(yè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,也是高等教育國(guó)際化的基本要求。在國(guó)際化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的今天,做好留學(xué)生工作對(duì)推動(dòng)我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展和改革有重要的意義。而陜西省的留學(xué)生教育也在全球化的大背景下有著自己的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)。如何最大限度的發(fā)揮陜西省的優(yōu)勢(shì)來(lái)吸引更多的留學(xué)生,促進(jìn)陜西留學(xué)生教育的健康、快速發(fā)展是我們關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查訪(fǎng)問(wèn)、專(zhuān)家訪(fǎng)談等研究方法,分析了陜西省留學(xué)生教育的發(fā)展歷程,同時(shí)結(jié)合調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)深度探究我省留學(xué)生教育的現(xiàn)狀。在此基礎(chǔ)上,歸納陜西省留學(xué)生教育發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),分析陜西省留學(xué)生教育發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)以及限制因素,從而提出推動(dòng)陜西省高校留學(xué)生教育發(fā)展的可行性方案。 本論文的研究框架如下： 第一部分：結(jié)合全國(guó)留學(xué)生教育發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)來(lái)分析陜西省留學(xué)生教育的發(fā)展歷程,從初創(chuàng)時(shí)期到快速發(fā)展階段,陜西省留學(xué)生教育慢慢走向成熟。 第二部分：從三個(gè)方面分析陜西省留學(xué)生的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀：一、師資隊(duì)伍；二、留學(xué)生的課程設(shè)置；三、留學(xué)生的管理制度。 第三部分：陜西省在吸引留學(xué)生方面有自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)。 第四部分：陜西省留學(xué)生教育發(fā)展的制約因素。 第五部分：陜西省高校留學(xué)教育發(fā)展的對(duì)策研究。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, the education of overseas students in China has been an important part of the cause of higher education in China, and is also the basic requirement of the internationalization of higher education. With the increasingly fierce international competition, it is of great significance to promote the development and reform of education in China. The education of foreign students in Shaanxi Province also has its own characteristics under the background of globalization. How to maximize the advantages of Shaanxi Province to attract more foreign students, promote the health of Shaanxi international education, rapid development is our concern. Based on the methods of literature research, investigation and interview, this paper analyzes the development of foreign students' education in Shaanxi Province, and probes into the present situation of foreign students' education in Shaanxi Province by combining the investigation data. On this basis, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the development of foreign students education in Shaanxi Province, analyzes the advantages and limitations of the development of international students education in Shaanxi Province, and puts forward a feasible plan to promote the development of foreign students education in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province. The research framework of this thesis is as follows: the first part: combined with the trend of the development of international student education in Shaanxi Province, the development process of international student education in Shaanxi Province is analyzed, from the initial period to the rapid development stage. The education of foreign students in Shaanxi Province is gradually maturing. The second part: from three aspects of the development of foreign students in Shaanxi Province: first, teachers; second, the curriculum of international students; third, the management system of foreign students. The third part: Shaanxi Province has its own advantages in attracting foreign students. The fourth part: the restrictive factors of the development of foreign students' education in Shaanxi province. The fifth part: the countermeasure research on the development of the study abroad education in Shaanxi Province.
