【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,信息傳播方式隨之發(fā)生巨大變革,大量的信息開始通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、智能手機(jī)、數(shù)字電視等載體在社會(huì)中傳播。以計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和智能手機(jī)為代表的新媒體已經(jīng)成為青年大學(xué)生獲取信息的重要手段。大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)、生活和思維方式等都受到新媒體信息的巨大的影響。大學(xué)生通過(guò)新媒體渠道可以獲取海量信息,這有利于開闊大學(xué)生的視野。但這些內(nèi)容豐富的新媒體信息也是一把“雙刃劍”,它不僅為高校思想政治教育工作帶來(lái)新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,也帶來(lái)了許多問(wèn)題。本文首先對(duì)新媒體信息的研究背景、研究意義、研究動(dòng)態(tài)和研究方法以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了論述。接著對(duì)媒體、新媒體、信息、新媒體信息等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定,分別闡述了新媒體信息具有的六個(gè)主要特征,并且論述了與大學(xué)生思想政治教育相關(guān)的五個(gè)理論。結(jié)合相關(guān)的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析、總結(jié)出了新媒體信息對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育形成的主要挑戰(zhàn)：對(duì)大學(xué)生信息識(shí)別、價(jià)值取向、道德判斷的挑戰(zhàn)和對(duì)高校思想政治教育者主導(dǎo)地位、信息素養(yǎng)的挑戰(zhàn)。歸納出了形成挑戰(zhàn)的主要原因：新媒體信息中含有大量不良內(nèi)容,大學(xué)生心理發(fā)展尚未完全成熟,大學(xué)生對(duì)不良新媒體信息的抗干擾能力較弱,高校思想政治教育隊(duì)伍新媒體素養(yǎng)有待加強(qiáng),高校新媒體思想政治教育平臺(tái)建設(shè)相對(duì)滯后�；谝陨系姆治龊吞接�,本文提出了應(yīng)對(duì)新媒體信息挑戰(zhàn)的建議：政府部門要發(fā)揮好“奠基人”作用,堅(jiān)持網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè),加速網(wǎng)絡(luò)立法建設(shè),開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育。高校管理者要發(fā)揮好“把關(guān)人”作用,健全大學(xué)生新媒體行為規(guī)范,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)校園新媒體信息監(jiān)管,加強(qiáng)高校新媒體信息平臺(tái)建設(shè)。高校教師要發(fā)揮好“引路人”作用,加強(qiáng)“引路人”自身綜合素質(zhì),加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)教育,堅(jiān)持疏導(dǎo)結(jié)合的教育方法。大學(xué)生要發(fā)揮好“主體人”作用,大學(xué)生要積極發(fā)揚(yáng)“慎獨(dú)”精神,大學(xué)生要主動(dòng)樹立責(zé)任意識(shí),大學(xué)生要主動(dòng)增強(qiáng)主體意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, great changes have taken place in the way of information dissemination. A large amount of information has begun to spread in society through computer networks, smart phones, digital television and other carriers. New media, represented by computer network and smart phone, have become an important means for young college students to obtain information. The study, life and thinking mode of college students are greatly influenced by the new media information. College students can obtain a great deal of information through new media channels, which is helpful to broaden their horizons. But these rich new media information is also a "double-edged sword", which not only brings new opportunities for ideological and political education, but also brings many problems. This paper first discusses the research background, significance, research trends, research methods and innovation of new media information. Then it defines the related concepts of media, new media, information and new media information, expounds the six main characteristics of new media information, and discusses the five theories related to the ideological and political education of college students. Based on the analysis of relevant investigation data, this paper summarizes the main challenges of the new media information to the ideological and political education of college students: the challenge to the information identification, the value orientation, the moral judgment and the leading position of the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities. The challenge of information literacy. The main reasons for the challenge are summarized as follows: the new media information contains a large number of bad contents, the psychological development of college students is not yet fully mature, and the ability of students to resist interference to the bad new media information is weak. The new media literacy of ideological and political education team in colleges and universities needs to be strengthened, and the construction of new media ideological and political education platform in colleges and universities lags behind. Based on the above analysis and discussion, this paper puts forward some suggestions to deal with the new media information challenge: government departments should give full play to the role of "founder", adhere to the construction of network culture, accelerate the construction of network legislation, and carry out network moral education. The university administrator should play the role of "gatekeeper", perfect the behavior standard of new media for college students, strengthen the supervision of new media information on university campus, and strengthen the construction of new media information platform in colleges and universities. College teachers should give full play to the role of "guide", strengthen the comprehensive quality of "guide", strengthen the comprehensive quality education of college students, and insist on the educational method of combination of guidance and guidance. College students should give full play to the role of "subject person", actively carry forward the spirit of "cautious independence", take the initiative to set up a sense of responsibility, and strengthen their consciousness of subject.
