【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今社會迅速發(fā)展,人們對艱苦奮斗精神的理解發(fā)生了變化,與此同時(shí)高校學(xué)生的艱苦奮斗精神也呈現(xiàn)出弱化傾向。本文對強(qiáng)化當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的艱苦奮斗精神教育的對策進(jìn)行了有針對性的分析。受家庭、學(xué)校和社會等環(huán)境的影響,當(dāng)代不少高校學(xué)生對艱苦奮斗精神的理解不到位,在實(shí)踐中,難以真正踐行,不能將其變成自己的一種行為習(xí)慣,并且成為一種思想意識,形成艱苦奮斗精神。作為21世紀(jì)的筑夢者,大學(xué)生不僅要有良好的科學(xué)文化素質(zhì),而且要具備艱苦奮斗精神。加強(qiáng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的艱苦奮斗精神教育,有利于大學(xué)生樹立正確的價(jià)值觀,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會的宏偉目標(biāo),有利于提高大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)。 除導(dǎo)論和結(jié)語外,全文分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分,對與當(dāng)代大學(xué)生艱苦奮斗精神相關(guān)的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定,并指出了堅(jiān)持和增強(qiáng)對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生進(jìn)行艱苦奮斗精神教育的重要性；第二部分,通過問卷調(diào)查方式,在對問卷進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和整理數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的艱苦奮斗精神現(xiàn)狀以及原因進(jìn)行了有效地分析；第三部分,闡述了強(qiáng)化當(dāng)代高校學(xué)生艱苦奮斗精神教育應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持的主要原則；第四部分,提出了強(qiáng)化當(dāng)代高校學(xué)生艱苦奮斗精神教育的對策,主要從糾正當(dāng)代高校學(xué)生對艱苦奮斗精神的錯(cuò)誤理解,提出當(dāng)代高校學(xué)生艱苦奮斗精神教育的基本內(nèi)容及途徑,并結(jié)合高校學(xué)生自身等四個(gè)方面提出一系列強(qiáng)化高校學(xué)生艱苦奮斗精神教育的對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of today's society, people's understanding of the spirit of hard struggle has changed, at the same time, the spirit of hard struggle of college students also shows a weakening tendency. This article has carried on the pertinence analysis to the strengthening contemporary university student's arduous struggle spirit education countermeasure. Influenced by the environment such as family, school and society, many contemporary college students do not understand the spirit of hard struggle in place, and in practice, it is difficult to really practice it, cannot turn it into a behavior habit of their own, and become a kind of ideological consciousness. Form the spirit of hard work. As a dreamer in the 21st century, college students should not only have good scientific and cultural quality, but also have the spirit of hard work and struggle. Strengthening the education of the spirit of hard struggle of contemporary college students is conducive to setting up correct values, realizing the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and improving the comprehensive quality of college students. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the full text is divided into four parts. The first part defines the connotation related to the spirit of arduous struggle of contemporary college students, and points out the importance of adhering to and strengthening the education of the spirit of hard struggle for contemporary college students. On the basis of the questionnaire statistics and collation of data, the current situation and causes of the spirit of hard struggle of contemporary college students are effectively analyzed; the third part, This paper expounds the main principles that should be adhered to in strengthening the spiritual education of arduous struggle for contemporary college students, and in the fourth part, puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the education of the spirit of arduous struggle for the students of contemporary colleges and universities. Mainly from correcting the wrong understanding of the spirit of hard struggle of the contemporary college students, the paper puts forward the basic contents and ways of the education of the spirit of hard struggle of the contemporary college students. Combined with four aspects of college students themselves, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures to strengthen the spirit education of college students' hard struggle.
