【摘要】：泉州HG學(xué)院是一所以培養(yǎng)各種技術(shù)和基層管理人才為目標(biāo)的民辦高等教育學(xué)校，，學(xué)校從建立到現(xiàn)在，招生人數(shù)逐年增長，專業(yè)設(shè)置越來越多，辦學(xué)層次逐漸提高。但是，面對外部環(huán)境的激烈競爭，學(xué)校未來的發(fā)展如何取向，我們需要制定一個(gè)切實(shí)可行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文通過對戰(zhàn)略管理理論的研究概述，從學(xué)校的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析學(xué)校目前的處境，找出發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素，對學(xué)校的發(fā)展進(jìn)行定位。其次，通過對學(xué)校的內(nèi)部競爭優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，通過SWOT分析列出了學(xué)校的SWOT四種戰(zhàn)略模式。根據(jù)藍(lán)海戰(zhàn)略分析了泉州HG學(xué)院的價(jià)值創(chuàng)新、“剔除-減少-增加-創(chuàng)造”四坐標(biāo)格和戰(zhàn)略布局圖，從戰(zhàn)略匹配中得出了學(xué)校未來發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。根據(jù)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的和對未來的變化預(yù)測，制定了泉州HG學(xué)院的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 泉州HG學(xué)院作為泉州民辦高校的代表，對其戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，希望為泉州民辦高校在發(fā)展規(guī)劃上提供一些參考意見。
[Abstract]:Quanzhou HG College is a private higher education school which aims at training all kinds of technical and basic management talents. From the establishment of the school to now, the number of students has increased year by year, more and more specialties have been set up, and the level of running a school has been gradually improved. However, in the face of fierce competition in the external environment, how to develop the school in the future, we need to formulate a practical development strategy. Based on the research of strategic management theory, this paper analyzes the present situation of the school from the external environment and internal environment of the school, finds out the key factors of the development, and makes the orientation of the development of the school. Secondly, through the internal competitive advantage, weakness, opportunity and challenge of the school, the SWOT four strategic models of the school are listed by SWOT analysis. According to the blue sea strategy, this paper analyzes the value innovation of Quanzhou HG College, "culling-reducing-increasing-creating" four coordinate grid and strategic layout map, and obtains the strategic goal of the future development of the school from the strategic matching. The development strategy of Quanzhou HG Institute is formulated according to the internal and external environment and the forecast of future changes. As the representative of Quanzhou private colleges and universities, Quanzhou HG College has a certain practical significance to study its strategic planning, hoping to provide some references for the development planning of private colleges and universities in Quanzhou.
