【摘要】：所謂社會(huì)化,是指在特有的社會(huì)文化環(huán)境中,在個(gè)體與個(gè)體的交往中,個(gè)體不斷受到社會(huì)文化環(huán)境的熏陶,學(xué)習(xí)并掌握特定社會(huì)的社會(huì)行為規(guī)范和社會(huì)技能,并按照這個(gè)內(nèi)化的社會(huì)規(guī)范和技能,以健全的人格、健康的心理和行為去使自己融入到社會(huì)這個(gè)大環(huán)境中來(lái),從而形成符合這個(gè)社會(huì)文化環(huán)境的人格、心理和相應(yīng)的行為表現(xiàn)的過程。社會(huì)化對(duì)于大學(xué)生群體來(lái)說(shuō),意義重大,因?yàn)楫?dāng)代大學(xué)生是建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)和實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的中堅(jiān)力量,他們能否在大學(xué)期間習(xí)得文化知識(shí)、專業(yè)技能和社會(huì)道德行為規(guī)范,并獲得社會(huì)的認(rèn)可,最終成為一名合格的社會(huì)成員,關(guān)系到他們能否擔(dān)當(dāng)時(shí)代使命和民族責(zé)任這一重大問題。然而,大學(xué)生正處于特殊的年齡階段,而這一階段也是他們生理、心理、社會(huì)三大要素在個(gè)體內(nèi)部發(fā)展不平衡的時(shí)期。受社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型、社會(huì)發(fā)展變遷、社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)分化、價(jià)值觀念重構(gòu)和大學(xué)生自身心理發(fā)展的延續(xù)期相互疊加等諸多因素的影響,使得當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的社會(huì)化進(jìn)程在一定程度上變得更加復(fù)雜。特別是網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的興起和網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活的普及,使網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生社會(huì)化的影響越來(lái)越突出,有時(shí)甚至成為第一影響要素。網(wǎng)絡(luò)的即時(shí)性、海量性、全球性、互動(dòng)性、多媒體性等特點(diǎn)使它成為大學(xué)生的最愛,成為他們學(xué)習(xí)生活的重要平臺(tái),但是網(wǎng)絡(luò)也具有兩面性,它的跨時(shí)空性、虛擬性、隱蔽性、內(nèi)容繁雜性等不良特征也很容易給大學(xué)生社會(huì)化帶來(lái)一系列的負(fù)面沖擊。因此,我們要在充分評(píng)價(jià)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生社會(huì)化現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,趨利避害,在充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境對(duì)大學(xué)生社會(huì)化有利優(yōu)勢(shì)的同時(shí),更要整合家庭、學(xué)校、媒介和社會(huì)等力量,積極采取切實(shí)措施加以保障、引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生完成網(wǎng)絡(luò)復(fù)雜環(huán)境下的社會(huì)化進(jìn)程,從而促使當(dāng)代大學(xué)生健康順利地成長(zhǎng)、成才。
[Abstract]:Socialization means that in the unique social and cultural environment, in the interaction between individuals and individuals, individuals are constantly influenced by the social and cultural environment to learn and master the norms of social behavior and social skills in a particular society. And according to the internalized social norms and skills, with sound personality, healthy psychology and behavior, to integrate themselves into the social, um, environment, thus forming a personality that conforms to this social and cultural environment. The process of psychological and corresponding behavioral expression. Socialization is of great significance to college students, because contemporary college students are the backbone of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing Chinese Dream. Can they acquire cultural knowledge during their college years? Professional skills and social moral codes of conduct, and social recognition, eventually become a qualified members of society, related to whether they take on the mission of the times and national responsibility this important issue. However, college students are in a special age stage, and this stage is also their physiological, psychological, social three elements in the individual development imbalance. Influenced by social transformation, social development, social structure differentiation, the reconstruction of values and the superposition of college students' psychological development, Make the socialization process of contemporary college students become more complicated to some extent. Especially with the rise of network society and the popularization of network life, the influence of network on the socialization of contemporary college students becomes more and more prominent, and sometimes even becomes the first factor of influence. The real-time, mass, global, interactive, multimedia and other characteristics of the network make it a favorite of college students and an important platform for their study and life, but the network also has two sides, its transtemporal, virtual, hidden, etc. It is also easy to bring a series of negative impacts to the socialization of college students. Therefore, on the basis of fully evaluating the present situation of socialization of contemporary college students, we should seek advantages and avoid disadvantages, while giving full play to the advantages of the network environment to the socialization of college students, at the same time, we should integrate family, school, media and social forces. Positive measures should be taken to ensure college students to complete the socialization process under the complicated network environment so as to promote the healthy and smooth growth and development of contemporary college students.
